Great location and low price. The room is clean and cozy. There is a TV, air conditioning, kettle and mugs, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, two towels, garbage bags. The bed linen was clean. Wi fi was fast. I liked everything, will come back here again.

Everything was perfect about this accommodation. There are a plenty of supermarkets around, many restaurants, different shops. The beach is 5 mins walk. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel (40¥/day). The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is clean, the service is good. More than satisfied with this accommodation, I couldn’t want more.

这间公寓的一切都完美极了。周围有很多超市、餐厅和各种商店。步行5分钟即可到达海滩。酒店旁边就有自行车出租（40元/天）。公寓的景色美极了。公寓干净整洁，服务也很好。我对这次住宿非常满意，简直无可挑剔。

The price is low, the location is great. The hostess is friendly, she met me on the street and put me up for one night in a luxury room. The room has everything you need. I recommend it!

Stayed 2 times in this apartments (October and January) and I'll stay next time too. Location is excellent, apartments are good and price is reasonable.

Pretty good option if all you need is a bed to crush on in the end of the day. Location is great - 3 min walk to the beach and there are bunch of stores and restaurants around. My apartment was on 14th floor and the elevator in this building is a disaster - in the middle of the day you gotta wait for like 5 mins to get upstairs

Great location, close to the sea, park, shops and bus stop. Low price. The room is small but cozy. There is everything you need.
