Me and my partner were backpacking in China and this place was a really nice bargain! It was the cheapest we found in Sanya! And it was a perfect choice! Whole family is so nice and welcoming that you will really feel like home ;) the room is very comfortable and the whole apartment very nicely done with a great balcony! You can rent electric bike and this is a great way to travel around town! I really recommend to stay in this place than overpriced hotels! You will feel like home! ;)

I travelled for 2 weeks in China with my 8 year old daughter and staying here was one the highlights of our trip. You are actually staying with a real Chinese family in a comfortable high rise apartment block on the outskirts of Sanya typical of where many local people live. The owner Yang speaks excellent English and is an honest, intelligent, interesting and extremely helpful and knowledgeable person. He lives with his parents, wife and young daughter. His parents are fabulous people and great fun even without speaking a word of English. They constantly offered us lovely food - homemade dumplings, fresh fruit, drinks etc and are just so warm and welcoming that you feel at home here straight away. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. It is easy to navigate from here to beaches, down town, restaurants or attractions (the Sanya Romance Park is walking distance and not to be missed if you have yet to experience a Chinese show). There are lots of buses and taxis are cheap. Yang has all the advice you need to have a thoroughly enjoyable and convenient time and will help with any information you need. There is a very good supermarket near by. The area is not touristy at all and you feel safe and relaxed as a part of the community. The beaches of Yalong Bay are easy to get to (30 mins by bus), as is down town Sanya. It is incredibly cheap to stay here - just £9 a night for a room with fantastic air conditioning. The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for our Western taste but this could easily be fixed with a soft mattress topper. The room was lovely and very quiet. A taxi from the station cost very little and Yang gave the driver the address over the phone and then met us on the road side so it was simple to get to. You have your own keys and are free to come and go as you please. I have been lucky enough to travel a lot and yet staying here was a special experience for me and one that I will always remember.

我带着8岁的女儿在中国旅行了两周，在这里的住宿是我们旅程的亮点之一。你实际上是住在一个真正的中国家庭里，住在三亚郊区一栋舒适的高层公寓楼里，这是许多当地人居住的典型地区。老板杨先生英语流利，为人诚实、聪明、风趣、乐于助人且知识渊博。他和他的父母、妻子和年幼的女儿住在一起。他的父母非常友善，即使不会说英语，也非常有趣。他们经常给我们提供美味的食物——自制的饺子、新鲜的水果、饮料等等，热情好客，让你立刻有宾至如归的感觉。我们住了三个晚上，享受了每一刻。从这里到海滩、市中心、餐厅或景点都很方便（三亚千古情公园步行即可到达，如果你还没有看过中国表演，千万不要错过）。这里有很多公交车，出租车也很便宜。杨先生会给你提供所有必要的建议，让你度过一段愉快而便捷的时光，并会提供任何你需要的信息。附近有一家非常好的超市。这一带完全没有游客的喧嚣，作为社区的一份子，您会感到安全放松。亚龙湾的海滩和三亚市中心都很方便（乘坐公交车30分钟即可到达）。这里的住宿价格非常便宜——每晚只需9英镑，就能住进空调效果极佳的房间。公寓一尘不染，舒适宜人。床对于我们西方人的品味来说有点硬，不过换个软床垫就好了。房间很漂亮，非常安静。从车站打车很便宜，杨先生在电话里告诉了司机地址，然后在路边等我们，所以很容易到达。您有自己的钥匙，可以随意进出。我很幸运，去过很多地方，但住在这里对我来说是一次特别的经历，我将永远铭记在心。
