Great value for your money. Price is very reasonable. Hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained and kept very clean. They were also very kind to upgrade us without us even asking. Room was very nice and super clean. Staff is also very kind. English can be challenging, but I don’t expect the whole world to speak perfect English. Special thanks to Boannie and another guy from the reception(forgot his name) that spoke good English and spent extra time to help us with certain things. Definitely recommended hotel for your stay in Sanya.

We stayed here in 2020 and continued to be impresssed by the front desk staff who upgraded us and helped us when no one else seemed able to respond to simple requests. The cleaning staff were equally friendly. We were disappointed with many other changes. Most of the pools were closed with accesses closed off so that pool-goers could only enter at one spot. Pool attendants outfitted with whistles,used regularly, ruined what used to be a nice pool area. Many tiles are lifting in the entrance of the pool. It is in need of upgrading. The choices at the evening buffet have been reduced substantially. We went to the bar to eat there instead and were to told that food is no longer served at the bar. We also went to the Executive Suite which was a dark room with stale nuts and peanut butter and banana sandwiches. While many choices are available at the breakfast buffet, the quality has gone down considerably. Forks and knives are at a minimum. The place is in desperate need of upgrading. The location at the end of Sanya Bay seemed quiet and idyllic before now seemed isolating with the lack of choices. It is not a resort.

Not sure where to stay we chose our trusted IHG brand. We stayed at The Crown Plaza Resort and it would be the best holiday we have had in years!! It is a little old but it is clean, comfortable and has an olde world charm. The staff across the board are beyond wonderful and shows a great management team to support all to rise to excellence. The beach is across the road if you want a sea swim or a lovely stroll. The pools are great with guards at the ready to ensure safety for all. We thoroughly recommend tis resort and we will be back

Let's start with the highlights:1. Check in and check out smootly2. Room spacious and clean3. Breakfast is good and even with full hotel, table available (thumbs up for the management)4. Pool area very nice, plenty of chairs to use 5. Restaurants and room service are good, pity that for dinner, available choice of BBQ area was very limited (hot pot although is a very traditional thing for Chinese, could also have a kind of Liaoning style BBQ which is totally beach highlight in any part of the world)6. Coffee shop/bar very good7. Cleanness of the room spot on, well done (my negative points will not come from the job made by housekeeping but for the orders they have from management)Not pleasant points:1. No replacement of coffee/milk powder on room (it's a very cheap thing, even 2 Star hotels do that, shame on IHG)2. No changing sheets, which i can understand in a 2/3 Star hotels but not on ones you spend more than ¥ 1.300.00/night again in my view shame on IHG with the lame excuse of environment.3. Disposable slippers not replaced in my 4 days stay (again, even a 2/3 star hotels do that without asking for, saving little bucks is kind of lame) 4. Overall the place is kind of old, although not yet rundown, the hotel could do some kind of enhancement of exterior appearance special from swimming pool view, could be painted or washed, repair the parts broken, eliminate the metal green box on roof (of course i didn't take picture, it's an eyesore), in summary, a little effort for appearance and keep fresh and kind of exclusive (which you expect from a hotel that call themselves a resort)Do i come back?Sanya for sure, this hotel, probably not, although the staff are great, i just don't like to be in a place that i have to ask things when i paid for the service already. I'm a ihg member but i didn't book through their app, but in trip (as i found better price than their own app, just UNBELIVABLE) :)

先说亮点： 1．入住和退房顺利2。房间宽敞干净3。早餐很好，即使酒店客满，也有桌子（为管理层竖起大拇指）4。泳池区非常好，有很多椅子可以使用 5. 餐厅和客房服务都很好，遗憾的是晚餐时，可供选择的烧烤区非常有限（火锅虽然对中国人来说是一个非常传统的东西，但也可以有一种辽宁风味烧烤，在世界任何地方都是海滩亮点）6。咖啡厅/酒吧非常好7。房间的清洁度很好，做得很好（我的缺点不是来自客房清洁人员的工作，而是来自管理层的命令） 不太愉快的点： 1。房间里没有更换咖啡/奶粉（这是一个非常便宜的东西，即使是二星级酒店也这样做，这对洲际酒店集团来说是耻辱）2。不更换床单，这在 2/3 星级酒店中我可以理解，但对于那些每晚花费超过 1.300.00 日元的酒店来说就不行了，我认为以环境蹩脚为借口对洲际酒店集团来说是耻辱。3。在我的 4 天住宿期间没有更换一次性拖鞋（再说一遍，即使是 2/3 星级酒店也会在没有要求的情况下更换拖鞋，节省一点钱有点蹩脚） 4. 总的来说，这个地方有点旧，虽然还没有破败，但酒店可以做一些从游泳池景观特别的外观增强，可以油漆或清洗，修复损坏的部件，消除屋顶上的金属绿盒（当然我没有拍照，这是一个碍眼的），总之，在外观上做一点努力，保持新鲜感和独特性（这是你对一家自称为度假村的酒店所期望的）我会回来吗？三亚当然，这家酒店，可能不会，虽然工作人员很棒，但我只是不回来我不喜欢在一个地方，当我已经支付服务费用时，我必须询问一些事情。我是洲际酒店集团会员，但我不是通过他们的应用程序预订的，而是在旅行中预订的（因为我发现价格比他们自己的应用程序更好，简直令人难以置信）:)

This elaborate hotel, very big lobby with not much there. Check in was good but be aware very little English is spoken here. They try very hard and that was appreciated. Rooms were very ice and large with balcony’s and excellent views. Try to get above the 4 th floor. Some rooms come with jacuzzi tub on balcony. Big kudos to mr Jed evening front desk person who speaks very good English and extremely helpful to me in a disruptive problem I had. Hotel is somewhat far from main town area but taxi are very cheap there. Breakfast at this hotel was difficult. Very spread out and no real direction we’re in place. One small coffee maker for 100’s of persons eating. Nobody speaks English there as well and tables are not set with any utensils. It would seem they need some supervision there to upgrade. I would stay again if in area.

这家精致的酒店，大堂很大，里面没什么东西。办理入住手续很好，但要注意这里很少有人说英语。他们非常努力，我们对此表示赞赏。房间非常冰，很大，有阳台，景色优美。尝试爬到 4 楼以上。部分客房的阳台上设有按摩浴缸。非常感谢杰德先生晚上的前台工作人员，他英语说得很好，在我遇到的破坏性问题上为我提供了极大的帮助。酒店距离主城区有点远，但那里的出租车很便宜。这家酒店的早餐很难吃。我们的位置非常分散，没有真正的方向。一台小型咖啡机可供 100 人用餐。那里也没有人会说英语，桌子上也没有放置任何餐具。看来他们需要一些监督来升级。如果在该地区我会再次入住。

选择该酒店就是看到网上有介绍很多的儿童玩乐的活动，比较不错的适合像我们一样带着小朋友一块出行的家庭，总机管家小郑服务态度非常的好，带着小朋友还可以给我们多赠送矿泉水非常感谢。前台安排的房间很满意，酒店很热闹入住的人也很多。有机会还会再来入住

酒店地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，乐于提供各种帮助，非常热情，值得奖励。房间温馨，总机王贵风服务态度很温和，酒店地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，总体很棒，下次还会再来入住。非常满意哦！

Fantastic architecture, spacious hall, comfortable rooms and a soft bed. Very hospitable personnel, our favourite was Miss Karride, most helpful and friendly. Variable breakfasts, free drinking water, attentive room cleaning
