宝盛海景大酒店

I have been on holiday in Sanya during the last 8 years more than 20 times. And I have seen a lot of hotels in there. And this is absolutely the best choice from those all !||The location is very good in the city centre on Jiefang Lu. A lot of buses go through Jiefang Lu and you can easily go to Dadonghai Beach (buses nr 2 or 8 ) or Sanya Bay Beach (nr 8) from there. Near the hotel is nr 1 market. It's open in the evenings from 6 PM to 12 PM. From there you can get the best bargains in the city when shopping (pearls, clothes etc). But remember to bargain the prize! ||At first I booked the hotel for two nights. But at last I stayed in there almost two weeks. My room was exellent ! The furniture are not new but in good shape. The room was large with a big king size bed and sofa and had a table for computer. Wifi was working well. My room was in ninth floor (room number 8957) and the room included a nice balcony and seaview. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Aircondition and TV worked well although the channels were mostly chinese and I didn't watch them. The shower (separated from WC) worked well and there was enough hot water. And the prize was amazingly low, 240 RMB /night, comparing it with the quality. The staff was very kind and helpful although they mostly can not speak English. They were always smiling and doing the best they can. There was one lady who could speak English and she sent me every day a textmessage asking if the staff can come in and clean the room. And when she was not in the hotel then the staff phoned her to explain what I was asking.||I did not eat breakfast in the hotel so I can say nothing about that. There is a bakery cafe Sun & Ne nearby where I had tea and sandwich in the mornings. And sometimes in KFC about 50 meters from the hotel.||If you reserve a room then ask the room from seaside. Rooms on Jiefang Lu side are a bit cheaper (200 RMB) but the noise of traffic may disturb somebody.||This hotel is better than many of those 500-1200 RMB hotels where I've stayed. Next time when I'm coming to Sanya I'll surely coming to this hotel again !

过去8年里我来三亚度假超过20次。我在那里看到了很多酒店。这绝对是最好的选择！||位置非常好，位于市中心解放路。有很多公交车经过解放路，您可以从那里轻松前往大东海海滩（2路或8路公交车）或三亚湾海滩（8路公交车）。酒店附近有 nr 1 市场。晚上 6 点至 12 点开放。在那里您可以买到城里最便宜的商品（珍珠、衣服等）。但记得讨价还价！ ||一开始我订了两晚的酒店。但最后我在那里呆了将近两周。我的房间很棒！家具不是新的，但状况良好。房间很大，有一张特大号床和沙发，还有一张电脑桌。无线网络运行良好。我的房间在九楼（房间号8957），房间有一个漂亮的阳台，可以看到海景。房间很干净，床很舒服。空调和电视运转良好，尽管频道大多是中文的，我没有看。淋浴（与卫生间分开）效果很好，而且有足够的热水。而且奖金低得惊人，240元/晚，与质量相比。工作人员非常友善和乐于助人，尽管他们大多不会说英语。他们总是面带微笑，竭尽全力。有一位会说英语的女士，她每天给我发短信，询问工作人员是否可以进来打扫房间。当她不在酒店时，工作人员打电话给她解释我的问题。||我没有在酒店吃早餐，所以我对此无话可说。附近有一家面包店 Sun & Ne，我早上在那里喝茶和三明治。有时在距离酒店约 50 米的肯德基。||如果您预订房间，请询问海边的房间。解放路一侧的房间便宜一点（200元），但是交通噪音可能会打扰别人。||这家酒店比我住过的许多500-1200元的酒店要好。下次来三亚一定还会再来这家酒店！

Great location, there's a bus stop right near the hotel. Basic facilities, the room is quite comfy.||||Problems: 1. the air conditioning is not cool enough in such a hot weather|| 2. the cleaning service is under average. The cleaning lady just put down the toilet paper roll without replacing it.|| 3. I ordered a non-smoking room, but somehow I could smell some smoke after coming back. I guess someone smoked in the corridor.|| **4. Security issue: there is a direct lift to the rooms without passing through the lobby/reception counter, which worried me much especially at night. Not sure if it's the common practice in Mainland hotels.

位置很好，酒店附近就有公交车站。设施基本，房间挺舒服的。||||问题：1.这么热的天气空调不够凉|| 2.清洁服务中等水平。清洁女工只是放下卫生纸卷，没有更换。|| 3.订的是无烟房，但回来后不知怎的就闻到了一些烟味。我猜有人在走廊里抽烟。|| **4.安全问题：有电梯直达房间，无需经过大堂/接待柜台，这让我很担心，尤其是在晚上。不知道内地酒店是否普遍这样做。

First come the good sides:||1.The location of the hotel is quite good. It is located in the city center. There is a supermarket and stores near it, and a bus stop right downstairs.||2.The room is very spacial with a balcony.||||Disavantages:||1. Too noisy!||My friend had been woken up for many times in the morning. We found it was mainly because the hotel has an arc-shaped courtyard where tables and chairs were set for the guests (so that they can sit there and talk). Therefore, it causes loud echo. ||||Besides, there was NONE carpet within the entire hotel, so it caused big noise when the staff moved the clean cars passing by the corridor every morning. ||||The walls and doors were not good for sound blocking. You could hear the bell clearly when it rang next door.||||2.The food (breakfast) was not tasty at all.||There were not many choices for breakfast firstly. Secondly, you can tell that water had been added into the drinks when you drank them, too light. Espcially the coffee, it was so unprofessionally made! Every morning I had to go to KFC to buy fresh-cooked coffee by myself. ||||There was a staff cooking noodles for the guests. Both the noodles and the service are good.It would be better if they also offer fresh-fried eggs.||||3.There is no swimming pool in the hotel.||Sanya is famous for its sun, beach and sea. We can understand there is no beach and sea in the hotel, because it is located in the city center. However, it is not so good they don't build a swimming pool. Before I came to Sanya, I called the hotel to ask if they have a swimming pool. The answer was,"Yes, we have one, but it is under constrution these days." But when I reached the hotel, I could not find any instructions in the elevators showing there was a swimming pool.||||4.The fee of car renting was a little bit high. The service was worse at the end of our trip, compared with that at the very beginning. The information given by the staff at front desk was not clear. ||||It was my 1st time to Sanya. It seems that every hotel there has its own car service, such as picking up the guests from the airport for free, or taking them to the sight seeing areas by charging some fees. ||||At the very beginning, the driver who picked us up at the airport told us, it took 200 RMB per day to rent a car (include driver). When we went to a sight seeing area, we found the taxi driver offer that kind of service too, which only cost 100 RMB per day! And we asked the hotel staff at Yalong Bay as well, the fee there was not that high either.||||In addition, before we landed in Sanya, the E-booking manager offered good service, saying,"Sanya is famous for its tourism. We hope you enjoy the trip and feel like home when staying in our hotel." blah blah blah, which gave us a good impression. At the last night we called him to ask about car service. After a long phone chat, he told us to contact the car driver directly in the end. When we contacted the car driver, we just knew the car service should be booked before 5pm. ||||Afterwards we called the front desk to confirm how much it cost to the airport by taxi (about 40 mins). The girl told us it was 60+ RMB. But in fact the next day it only cost us 38 RMB. It made the hotel service look so unprofessional and the staff not familiar with the key information.||||5.The sewer of the bathroom was blocked. The water could not run and flooded to the toilet.||||We dropped a note on the desk to the room cleaning staff about this problem the next day when we went out. But when we got back in the evening, the problem remained. In the end, my friend opened the sewer cover to make the water run smoothly. I was just thinking, even this was not the best solution, we hoped that when the staff saw our note, they could offer a temporary solution by dropping us a note as well or whatever, but not just ignore it. It was not considerate.||||6.There are only some rooms that had the racks set in the balcony, while others do not.||||7.We found 2 burnt cigarette ends on the floor behind the door of our room when we checked in, which was totally unacceptable!||||8.The air-conditioner had no reaction 90% of time.||||9.The water of the bathroom was not hot enough (not cold, but just not hot enough).||||10.There are not many tourism brochures about Sanya in the hotel lobby.||||11.The hotel is surrounded by citizen residential buildings. The view from the balcony is not beautiful.||||12.Although the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are not many resraurants near it. There is a KFC downstairs and a hotel-owned western restaurant on 5/F; too few choices. Besides, you cannot use credit card in the hotel-owned western restaurant. As entitled itself as an "International Tourism Island" by Hainan, this is a little bit absurd and speechless.||||||What's more, regarding the improvements, besides the disavantages mentioned above, I think the hotel can still do better in the following areas:||||1.Please set some plugs in the corridors. ||One night my friend fell asleep earlier because she was too tired. I was about to use the hair-dryer after I washed my hair but I did not want to wake her up. Then I was thinking of using the hair-dryer in the corridor. However, I could not find a plug there.||||2.There can be more choices of tea bags in the room. For example, Instant coffee can be put there, but not just one bag of green tea and one bag of black tea. ||||3.We were offered only 2 bottles of mineral water for free during our 4 night trip. I think the hotel could be more "generous" and hospitable. For example, add up 2 new bottles every day, or add up a new bottle as the guests finish.

先说好的方面：||1.酒店的位置很好。它位于市中心。附近有超市和商店，楼下就有公交车站。||2.房间很宽敞，有阳台。||||缺点：||1。太吵了！||早上我的朋友被吵醒了很多次。我们发现这主要是因为酒店有一个弧形的庭院，里面为客人设置了桌椅（以便客人可以坐在那里聊天）。因此，会产生很大的回声。 ||||此外，整个酒店内没有地毯，所以每天早上工作人员移动干净的汽车经过走廊时会产生很大的噪音。 ||||墙壁和门隔音效果不佳。隔壁的铃声一响就听得一清二楚。||||2.食物（早餐）一点也不好吃。||首先早餐的选择不多。其次，你喝的时候可以看出饮料里加了水，太淡了。尤其是咖啡，制作起来太不专业了！每天早上我都要自己去肯德基买现煮的咖啡。 ||||有工作人员为客人煮面条。面条和服务都不错，如果还有新鲜的煎蛋就更好了。||||3.酒店没有游泳池。||三亚以阳光、沙滩、大海而闻名。我们可以理解酒店里没有海滩和大海，因为它位于市中心。然而，他们不建游泳池就不太好了。来三亚之前，我给酒店打电话询问有没有游泳池。答案是：“是的，我们有一个，但最近正在建设中。”但到了酒店，电梯里却找不到有游泳池的说明。||||4.租车费用有点高。与开始时相比，我们旅行结束时的服务更差。前台工作人员提供的信息不清楚。 ||||这是我第一次来三亚。好像每家酒店都有自己的专车服务，比如免费从机场接客人，或者收取一些费用送客人去景点。 ||||一开始，机场接我们的司机告诉我们，租车需要200元/天（含司机）。当我们去景点的时候，发现出租车司机也提供这样的服务，一天只需100元！而且我们也问了亚龙湾的酒店工作人员，那里的收费也没有那么高。||||另外，在我们落地三亚之前，电子预订经理服务很好，说：“三亚是出名的”我们希望您享受这次旅行，并在入住我们的酒店时有宾至如归的感觉。”等等等等，给我们留下了很好的印象。昨晚我们打电话给他询问汽车服务。电话聊了很久，他最后让我们直接联系司机。当我们联系司机时，我们才知道专车服务应该在下午5点之前预订。 ||||后来我们打电话给前台确认乘坐出租车到机场的费用（大约40分钟）。女孩告诉我们这是60+人民币。但事实上第二天只花了我们38元。让酒店服务显得很不专业，工作人员也不熟悉关键信息。||||5.卫生间下水道被堵住了。水无法流动，淹没了厕所。||||第二天我们出去时，我们在桌子上给房间清洁人员留了一张关于这个问题的纸条。但当我们晚上回来时，问题仍然存在。最后，朋友打开了下水道盖，让水顺利流了。我只是在想，即使这不是最好的解决方案，我们希望当工作人员看到我们的纸条时，他们可以通过给我们留言或其他方式提供一个临时解决方案，但不仅仅是忽略它。不周到。||||6.只有部分房间阳台设有置物架，其他房间没有。||||7.我们在房门后的地板上发现了2个烧焦的烟头。入住时的房间，完全不能接受！||||8.空调90%的时间都没有反应。||||9.浴室的水不够热（不冷，只是不够热）。||||10.酒店大堂没有太多关于三亚的旅游宣传册。||||11.酒店周围都是市民住宅楼。阳台上的风景不太美。||||12.虽然酒店位置很方便，但附近餐厅不多。楼下有肯德基，5楼有酒店自营西餐厅；选择太少了。另外，酒店内的西餐厅不能使用信用卡。海南自诩为“国际旅游岛”，这有点荒唐和无语了。||||||另外，就改进而言，除了上面提到的缺点之外，我认为酒店在这方面还可以做得更好。以下区域：||||1.请在走廊设置一些插头。 ||有一天晚上，我的朋友因为太累而提前睡着了。洗完头发我正想用吹风机，但又不想吵醒她。然后我就想用走廊里的吹风机。不过我在那里找不到插头。||||2.房间里的茶包可以有更多选择。例如，速溶咖啡可以放在那里，但不能只放一袋绿茶和一袋红茶。 ||||3.我们4晚的旅行期间只免费提供了2瓶矿泉水。我认为酒店可以更加“慷慨”和热情好客。例如，每天添加2瓶新酒，或者客人喝完后添加一瓶新酒。

这是我去三亚的时候入住的第一个酒店，进门之后给我感觉非常的不错，房间内设施都很齐全，很舒适，而且有我最喜欢的电扇灯，早餐也很丰盛。酒店的位置也很不错，在三亚的市中心，去哪里都很方便。而且酒店本身楼下就是一个大型的商场。

恰逢三亚旅游淡季，房间的价格比较划算，通过第三方中介预订还给我们免费升级了房型。房间内部的装潢一般，但是布局还是挺合理的，不会显得太拥挤。房间内的设施较为简单，而且部分有点陈旧的感觉。周边吃饭的地方很多，我们尝试了蛮多海南小吃，出行很方便。

This is a truly fantastic hotel. If you are not looking for a beachside hotel but are looking for a very comfortable room in the vibrant city centre for an extremely good price than look no further. I stayed here twice on the 10th floor and i must say the rooms are very comfortable, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, large balcony, large shower, the room is very clean, no noise. All in all a fantastic experience.

这真是一家非常棒的酒店。如果您不是在寻找海滨酒店，而是想在充满活力的市中心以极其优惠的价格寻找一间非常舒适的客房，那么您就不用再犹豫了。我在十楼住过两次，我必须说房间非常舒适，房间很大，床很舒服，大阳台，大淋浴间，房间很干净，没有噪音。总而言之，这是一次美妙的体验。

Pro:||||1. good location||2. spacious room||3. cheap price||||Con:||||1. no sea view as advertised.||2. noisy if room facing the street||3. wifi connection is limited and unreliable (no wifi terminal in room, it is shared)||4. bathroom drain is clogged||5. balcony is linked, security is an issue (our case: the cleaner did not lock the glass door after cleaning the room, luckily nothing get stolen)

优点：||||1。位置好||2。宽敞的房间||3。价格便宜||||缺点：||||1。没有广告上说的海景。||2。如果房间临街的话会很吵||3。无线网络连接有限且不可靠（房间内没有无线网络终端，是共享的）||4。浴室排水管堵塞||5。阳台是相连的，安全是一个问题（我们的案例：清洁工打扫完房间后没有锁上玻璃门，幸运的是没有被盗）

Located in the city area, the hotel is very accessible. About 15 to 20 minutes, you can reached the street which sell local handicraft. If you cannot get use to the local food, there is KFC around the corner.||However if your room is facing the main road, it can be a bit noisy with the honking of vehicles even with windows closed.

酒店位于市区，交通十分便利。约15至20分钟即可到达出售当地手工艺品的街道。如果你吃不惯当地的食物，拐角处就有一家肯德基。||但是，如果你的房间面向主干道，即使关着窗户，车辆鸣笛声也会有点吵。
