位置：距離市區遠，必須打車進出環境：絕對的優美，基本能夠看到藍天白雲，貴一點的話可以看海衞生：因為房間有點大，都68平方米（680呎），所以主要使用的地方很乾淨，不常使用的地方（例如：假書櫃）就有點麈整體體驗：辦理入住手續時候，前台會很熱情款待（例如提行李、介紹當地景點、氣溫）；到房子的時候，職員會講解房子注意事項，發現問題也會馬上幫你處理；24小時客服微信和前台；房間大；洗澡設施非常好；陽台有洗衣機，桌子，晾衣架；電視能連接手機；距離300米左右有一個大海灘以及綠化行走區；公寓門口旁邊有個小型健身房；充電位置遍佈整個房間，包括陽台不足：衣架不太足夠；梳化有點斜，不太好坐；睡床和電視機分開（個人）評價：4.5（交通問題）

The person that messaged us and told us to call him upon arrival is not so friendly or make any introduction. The rooms are great and clean. Our room has a great view of the water. The town in which it is located in is pretty dead around this time though.

You are their tenant, and not guest.The building itself is quite nice, on top of the rosewood.That being said, there are 6 competing 'hotels' within the building. Each have their own units scattered throughout. This one in particular, it took three days to get a basic room cleaning done. And they'll try to make you feel like you're asking for too much.As a reflection of such attitude, the rooms are unkept, 3 out of the 7 lightbulbs aren't working. Microwave display broken, chair bent, the pillows reeked of sweat and bo. There was a literal cockroach lol.We recommend staying with another management in this building if you want to come here.

你是他们的租户，而不是客人。大楼本身很不错，位于玫瑰木之上。话虽如此，大楼内却有6家互相竞争的“酒店”。每家酒店都有各自的房间，散落在各处。尤其是这家，基本的房间清洁花了三天时间才完成。而且他们会试图让你觉得你要求太多了。房间维护得乱七八糟，7个灯泡里有3个坏了，这恰恰反映了他们的这种态度。微波炉显示屏坏了，椅子弯曲了，枕头散发着汗臭味。甚至还有一只蟑螂，哈哈。如果你想来这里，我们建议你选择这栋楼的其他管理人员。
