服务态度很好👍👍👍，冰箱里有各类饮料；咖啡、茶水、游泳池设备有泡泡大战，小朋友很开心；还有－条漂亮的小路径通向大海滩，海滩很美！客服很贴心，天气热，随时可以装冰减暑，符王燕女士服务态度很好，热情的帮我打冰块，很细心解决客户问题，表扬👍，感受到了三亚人民的热情！！！

三亞香格里拉含純真風格和文化。入住體驗愉快。一切度過美好。全體服務人員照顧周到。飯店設施完整。交通方便，內店電瓶車服務很好，穿梭巴士至海棠免稅商場受歡迎。

房间干净，有折叠的沙发床，有小朋友的家庭太方便了。张文伟服务特别周到，有问必答，热情、细致、耐心、温柔，还帮助介绍周围美食，送nice。

酒店有沙发床，很大，员工符王燕服务态度很好，酒店项目比较多，可以游泳、健身、卡丁车，还有亲子托管服务，早餐是自助餐，东西很多

酒店环境好，早餐丰富，服务员服务态度好，对人很友好，服务员符王燕非常好。小孩子玩的地方多，非常适合家庭出行居住，建议入住。

Oh, I was there for work. but the hotel is great for a family holiday. large beautiful area, nice rooms (I had a sea view). a very tasty breakfast. The staff speaks English
