Holiday Inn Express Wenchang, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is new and the rooms clean and comfortable but the service need improvement. The staff initially told me I can’t check in because the system for foreigner passports is not working and finally had to be my local friend to checkin our room. After all the staff told us the wrong directions to the room sending us to the wrong building. There are no shops or restaurants open nearby at the time of our visit.
