Great location facing the ocean. The hotel lobby is dirty with flies on furniture and carpet. The hotel lobby is dimly lighted to save money and gave out an impression that the hotel's business is declining and hard to survive, which hurts its business.The buffet is pretty good

房間內提供的設施還不錯，但某些牆壁下面因濕氣已起泡也沒修繕，和設施環境就很不協調，性價比一般。早餐很好。

The location was not ideal for the purpose of my vacation. It was difficult to determine from the online information available, if there was a beach nearby. There wasn’t. It was also frustrating that the swimming pool was closed given that there was not swimming beach nearby. There is a supposed to be a spa in the hotel but it was no longer available. A fitness room still exists and looked well equipped. Aside from this, the staff were friendly and a couple of the staff spoke enough English to take care of my needs. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room. It was convenient to have laundry facilities in the room given that my stay was 14 days long. If you’re in Haikou for business, then I give this hotel high marks. I was on vacation so it wasn’t the ideal hotel.

The hotel was a little difficult for my DiDi driver to find at first, but it was worth the view in the end. The gym was huge and had ample equipment for me to get a good workout! The staff was amazing, I had accidentally left my phone in a DiDi car at the front desk was able to help me track the phone down and get it back the next day! It was a real life saver.

Nicely located on the beach trail, the city sites are easily accessible by rental bikes, which can be found nearby. The bay view was splendid, worth the visit itself. Although somewhat isolated from restaurants, good dining is minutes away by taxi or bike. An on-site convenience store and local market provide basic needs, such as food and beverages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with abundant choices of Chinese items, eggs and breakfast meats, and cold cerel. Pastry selection was minimal. The only coffee available is the espresso machine, which was broken one morning, leaving me in a semi-conscious stupor for most of the day. The coffee shop nearby opens at 10:30, which seems to defeat the purpose of coffee. The gym was well equipped but not air conditioned. The pool was nice, but as is common in China, had insufficient chlorine to prevent the growth of green and slippery stuff in places; don't swallow this water. The 15 CNY pool fee was fair. Overall, an outstanding stay for the price.

Nice view, clean room but it smelt a lot like urine every time we took a shower which is not pleasant. I am presuming other guests are peeing in the shower! Friendly staff and extensive breakfast.

No visa acceptanceHairs on the sofa and strong smell of humidity. It was not clean and my colleague got same feeebacks as we rent 2 other rooms.Live band at the bar frontin the hotel so before 11PM very noisyHad to ask 4 times for 2 days about finaly getting an iron (not in the bedroom)The only thing "good" was the breakfast You can find way better hotel at same price in Haikou.

不接受签证 沙发上有毛发，潮湿的气味很重。房间不干净，我的同事得到了和我们租另外 2 个房间一样的退款。酒店前面的酒吧有现场乐队，所以晚上 11 点之前非常吵，不得不在 2 天内询问 4 次，最后才得到一个熨斗（不是在卧室） “好的”是早餐 你可以在海口以同样的价格找到更好的酒店。
