Close to the train statio, although there are no clear directions to the resort. Quiet area, the room is basic with some amenities that would require fixing. The landlord is very kind and friendly (and can speak English too).

酒店靠近火车站，但去度假村没有明确的指示牌。环境安静，房间设施比较简朴，有些地方需要维修。房东非常友善热情（也会说英语）。

I spent a two days and one night here and if you want to feel like living in the real local neighborhood this place offers you that kind of experience. I really love to stay here. The owner are really friendly and maybe because im the only foreign who stays there, the family owners just want to make me feel comfortable. I just lost my wallet, they really concerned about me and help me to called the police. I really thankful because they were comforting me since i was solo there and you know experienced bad thing like that really stressful. Even in the end of the day my wallet wasn’t found, i really appreciate all the help they have done.

我在这里住了两天一夜，如果你想体验真正的当地生活，这里绝对能满足你的需求。我真的很喜欢住在这里。房东非常友善，也许是因为我是唯一的外国住客，他们一家人都想让我感到宾至如归。我刚刚丢了钱包，他们非常关心我，还帮我报了警。我真的很感激他们，因为我一个人住，遇到这种倒霉事真的很让人焦虑，他们一直安慰我。虽然最后我的钱包没找到，但我仍然非常感谢他们所做的一切。

Unwilling to help to change even if there was a delay caused by transport from Xuwen. Booking here is a total waste of money, there are many other guesthouses available in the same residential area

即使是因为徐文的交通延误导致行程延误，他们也不愿意帮忙更改。在这里订房完全是浪费钱，同一住宅区有很多其他旅馆可以选择。

The place is 600m from haikou station which is convenient to stay there. Also the receptionist and people was nice with me.

酒店距离海口站仅600米，交通便利。前台和工作人员都非常友善。

Overall the place is good. Good service and reception. Convenient with amenities within walking distance. Would recommend to travellers on a budget.
