蓝湾绿城威斯汀度假酒店

每次来三亚几乎都住着家酒店，这才实在太失望了！是管理越来越差了吗！白天居然爬出一只很大的蟑螂，还在动，好恶心🤢，晚上洗手间地上有小虫子在爬，像蛆一样的东西……做为万豪的会员，真的非常失望！

無邊泳池特別棒，房間景觀好，中餐廳味道不錯，空調需要調整一下，設定19度，住了兩天未關也只能到達24度

Westin? Really? Here for a few days…with instruction from management that housekeeping will only come clear the bins if you request it. No housekeeping whatsoever…this the new Westin standard?||Enjoying the bar in the lobby lounge…but all the lights are off! Hunt the barman. Order a simple drink and food? No. Not possible, even though food is on the menu…? Ah well, only room service possible if ordered from the room via QR code. ||And then there’s the air conditioning. Took all night for the AC to cool the room from 27 to 23 degrees. ||However. Beautiful views. Lovely location. Very friendly staff. Lovely, engaging people. But. And it’s a huge but. Leadership is entirely absent. Missing in action. ||Ultimately, this hotel is magnificent. Pity about the leader(s) that manage it. Shame on Marriot. Shameful

房间硬软件俱好！特別是視线最好，看海景太棒了！另外服務特別貼心，经理艾米从订房到入住都是无微不至的服务和关心，让我們这次旅行宾至如归，特別溫暖。

当初选择酒店的时候犹豫不决，看到陵水威斯汀的大床海景图果断订房。||这次旅行我们拖家带口一共12人，5间房。入住前一天下午，酒店会致电沟通，了解大致入住的时间。从海口一路自驾约3小时到达陵水威斯汀，酒店位置偏僻，环境安静度假感极佳。||到达酒店时已经下午5点，前台入住办理迅速，帮我办理是订房时与我联系的梁经理，即便戴了口罩也能在眉眼间看出是个美女。万豪白金给了开放式套房，正对海景，离电梯相当近，还送了西餐厅每日的下午茶。|酒店优点：|1.房间设施完备，面积大、设计简约整洁，最喜欢套房中的浴缸休息沙发，可以让小朋友边泡澡边在旁边休息聊天。|2.威斯汀的天梦床品不多说了，走了一天后腿的酸胀感只要睡醒后就能立刻缓解。|3.大床房无敌海景，阳台的休息椅吹海风也是种享受。|4.服务意识和响应速度都很高，房间内所需的物品致电后10分钟内都能送达。我们入住的同期另外朋友住了石梅湾威斯汀，明显服务速度差距显著，说是换房的行李等了2小时都没能送到新房间。|5.酒店早餐品种中规中矩，肉桂面包、细面和肉夹馍印象深刻，好吃！|6.酒店沙滩维护很好，沙质细腻，日落绝佳。|7.威斯汀酒店赠送每房5张旅拍照片，摄影师会帮忙选景建议拍照姿势。绝对要夸一夸，我们一共5间房直接给我们25张底片，没有任何隐形消费，不强制要求我们修片加价，不强求区分房间入住人拍摄。|8.酒店附近餐饮可以驾车2公里出去往呆呆岛方向有个海鲜市场，可以买海鲜后加工店食用，性价比高。||酒店优点说过了必然也有缺点存在：|1.中餐厅定价偏高，菜品基本都在300+，也就是说我们一行人没个3K基本吃不下来。本以为是五星酒店定价关系，但之后入住石梅湾艾美，他们的中餐厅价格极度友好，两间酒店价格落差颇大。中餐厅挪步去了酒店面馆，各种面食口味无功无过，糟粕醋火锅套餐性价比不错，胃口不大的可以适合4-6人。|2.入住时碰上企业团建，霸占主泳池；对于入住的房客游泳圈有偿租借，也是醉了。||退房当天碰上台风迎面登陆，7级大风+大暴雨。可能是想多留我们一会吧，哈哈。酒店总体感受不错，是还会想再次入住的酒店。

时隔五年的再次入住，这次是带家人一起过来入住三晚。清水湾的海岸线在海南确实是一流的，而且这边比三亚更安静，每天有看不够的海景，有非常棒的恒温游泳池和戏水设备，有出品超赞的大堂吧，酒店内和沙滩边还有很多值得去发现的打卡处，非常适合度假。餐饮方面，早餐比五年前有明显进步，菜品非常丰富而且更换及时；中餐厅和面馆的出品也很赞，众多的当地特色菜肴一定不要错过。来这家威斯汀的话，可以多留意酒店官方微信上的客房套餐，并且个人建议把这里当做海南旅行的最后一站，因为实在是太好，如果是先来这里再去海南其他酒店住的话可能会有小小的失落感，哈哈。短暂的三晚真的是超级满足，在此也要感谢梁燕经理贴心的问候与周到的服务，也羡慕您可以在这么好的环境中工作~期待再次回来。

We are a couple with 2 small children and stayed for 2 days at the end of our recent tour of the Sanya region. ||||As Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador level guests, we were pre-upgraded to a huge corner suite on high floor with impressive views over the ocean, especially at sunset.||||Location -- This resort is just over an hour from the airport along a smooth highway, at the next bay after the busier ones of Yalong and Haitang. The stunning beach is wide and clean, and the waves are more gentle here.||||Facilities -- Lots of landscaped parks/gardens with easy paths for quiet walks. The lovely blue swimming pools have a variety of surprising features, including an infinity waterfall and a pair of long elevated water slides (hidden amongst the trees) which finish in a lagoon with winding river, connecting also to a wavepool. Every angle offers memorable photos with great natural lighting.||||Service -- The junior staff are generally a little less interactive than we experienced at some other Sanya properties, but we want to give credit to two senior staff who were very professional and engaging: First, Lisa Li, the Guest Service Manager, who has a delightful personality and is very efficient and effective at making good things happen. Second, Antony Wang, the Executive Chef, who went above and beyond to personally take care of us throughout our stay, including a delicious gourmet meal he hand-crafted with an amazingly tasty goat dish.

I was a bit sceptical about the hotel after I read some of the negative reviews online, but like any hotel it’s really just about your personal preference and taste that decides what you write here, so the following is just my personal opinion. First of all the hotel is far, but that is exactly what we were looking for because we knew this would mean that it would be quiet and a great place to relax. The hotel is as beautiful as it appears on the photos, it’s spacious and very modern. The hotel is clean and the staff is very eager and friendly to help you. We want to thank everyone that helped us and assisted us during our stay, we’re also thankful for the early check in and late check out. But unfortunately I can’t give it a 5/5 because of the following.On our second day we called the receptionist and ask her about the afternoon tea special we saw around the hotel that was advertised, then they told us we can go to the breakfast area in the afternoon and go for a free afternoon tea time with drinks and snack (which was obviously great and delicious), but it’s just sad that no one told us about this when we checked in and if we weren’t curious about the afternoon tea they advertised we probably would have never knew about this free afternoon tea. The same with the mini bar in the room, on our last evening I wanted to have one of the drinks in the mini bar, but couldn’t find any prices in the room, so we called the receptionist and they told us that the first use of the mini bar os for free, yet another thing that was free but the neglected to tell us about that.So overall, yes the hotel is beautiful and modern, spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday. But I personally feel that they can do a better job at telling the guests about the stuff that’s included in their room rates. And because of that I only give them 3/5.
