世纪百强雅阁国际大酒店

I have stayed here on business trips many times. It is a very nice hotel with well appointed rooms although the A/C controls confuse me every time. The fitness centre and pool are quite adequate and the breakfast is not too bad. However, there is no bar to speak of. If you want a beer you can have one in the lobby lounge area but the staff do not understand western ways and getting a drink after 10.00hrs is difficult. There is of course Room Service but I do not wish to sit in my room drinking beer.|Another downfall is that the hotel is located just outside of the shopping / restaurant area of town which means you need taxis to any from a restaurant. Hotel tries to be a 5 star but I would class it as a 3 star with very good rooms.

Stayed here over New Year's and loved it. We got a suite that was very spacious and the rate was more than reasonable. The room was so big, that it actually took a while to warm it up, so the first day it was a little bit chilly. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, but I must say the hot water pressure in the bathtub wasnt that great. ||||The hotel staff was just great. We had no wi-fi in the room (just wired) but as soon as we mentioned it to the staff, they brought a router into the room.... A special shout-out goes to Andy (i hope i remember his name properly), one of the concierges, who arranged and negotiated for us a car (the hotel car was not available) to take us to the next city over. ||||As for other amenities: breakfast buffet was decent, but not unforgettable. Also, the taxis arent allowed to come into the hotel courtyard so you have to get out on the street and hail one, which was a pain, but doable. ||||Definitely eat at one of the Chinese restaurants located in the hotel, I think "red dragon" was the name. They have the best food in town, in my opinion

Although there are indications that this is a 5 star hotel, I would say it is not. Check in was quick and courteous, but uniformed bell hops standing outside were just for show? No assistance getting luggage out of taxi, into the lobby or up to my room... which is not what I would expect from a 5 Star Hotel - and not a very good first impression.||||I stayed on one of the "Executive" floors, hoping to be impressed: I was not. The decor in the rooms is very dated, overall service is sub-par and amenities are just average. ||||Although there are "No Smoking" signs all over the place, they are just for show. I assumed all rooms were non smoking, but it smelled of cigarettes when I checked in. There are even ash trays at the elevators, and ash trays and matches in my room. Non smoking? I think not. The mini bar consists of a tray with some instant coffee and tea. The very small refrigerator was not stocked with anything. Very disappointing. ||||Breakfast in the "Western" restaurant, just off the lobby, was average. Reasonable selection of local foods, freshly prepared. However, service was sorely lacking. Not one person to seat you, clean tables, offer coffee or juice. Another disappointment for a "5-Star" hotel.||||In-room WiFi was not existent - I had to complain to desk, who gave me my own router to use, but even then it was not working. ||||Bathroom items were sparse; Towels were not what you would call "plush".||||On a positive side, the mattress and linens/pillows were excellent, and the room was very quiet. ||||Cost is fair. For me, this hotel did not meet my expectations, not in any BIG way, but in a lot of little ways. Excellent service can cover up a LOT of shortcomings. Unfortunately, the substandard service at this hotel did not do it for me. I travel to China close to 100 days per year. I will not likely return to this hotel.

这家应该是十堰最好的酒店了，房价不便宜，我定的山景房差不多600，酒店的硬件勉强维持5星标准，但是软件方面比一些国际连锁的5星确差了一些。给我CI的前台服务虽然标准，但是全程无对话，给房卡的时候也没说句欢迎入住，比较莫名，也许她当天心情不大好吧。| 房间的设计还是不错的，简洁明快，以黄色的暖色调为主，配的办公桌和沙发都是名牌家具，地毯也是蛮高档的，很细腻，穿着酒店提供的拖鞋踩在上面很舒服。| 酒店还提供去武当山的车，很方便，车况很好，来了十堰，不去趟武当山绝对是说不过去的。

这个酒店不行，卫生间的马桶都不干净，地面的卫生也不怎么样，还有别人一次性用过的牙膏牙刷也没换掉。服务还可以，我保险箱的锁坏了给他们打电话立刻就上来修了。房间没有电脑，有提供早餐。交通很方便，酒店门前就有公交站，这边购物不太方便，停车也方便。

I stay here on special occasions and have visited about 3 times over the last year. it is much bigger in all ways than other hotels in the area, also has massive bathrooms. Grand lobby. comfy beds. They have KTV (karaoke) downstairs although if you are looking for ktv i would definitely go to other places in the area as the girls aren't the best here. still a fun night out. Best part about the hotel is definitely the japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor. the sashimi is amazing and is the only place in the province that has real wasabi and sashimi. (now i am a vegetarian i will miss their food so much). It is a 25 min walk from "renmen" department store which has iceskating and a cinema. If you turn left out of the hotel walk to the end of the road and then turn left, about 5 mins down that road on the left hand side is a shop with a red and yellow sign which has best dumplings around. YUM and so cheap!

我在特殊场合住在这里，去年来过大约 3 次。它在各方面都比该地区的其他酒店大得多，也有很大的浴室。宏伟的大堂。舒适的床。楼下有 KTV（卡拉 OK），不过如果你要找 KTV，我肯定会去该地区的其他地方，因为这里的女孩不是最好的。仍然是一个有趣的夜晚。酒店最好的部分绝对是二楼的日本餐厅。生鱼片很棒，是该省唯一有真正芥末和生鱼片的地方。 （现在我是素食主义者，我会非常想念他们的食物）。步行25分钟即可到达设有溜冰场和电影院的“人民”百货商店。如果你出了酒店左转，步行到路的尽头，然后左转，沿着这条路走大约5分钟，左边就是一家挂着红黄招牌的商店，周围有最好的饺子。好吃而且这么便宜！

酒店面积比较大，园林设计比较好，里面有网球场等，设施比较好，装修比较上档次，大堂比较宏伟气派。里面的服务员非常热情、周到。酒店所处的地理位置稍微偏一点，这条路正在建设发展中，没有直达的公交车，只有开私家车，停车场很好，能停几百部车。

酒店很大气，停车方便，绿化很高，离火车站很近（如果打到车只要10分钟）。前台很热情。就是退房人太多，前台只有两个人上班，有点慢。不好打车。但是前台服务员会很主动的通知酒店别的同事帮客人叫出租车。早上还可以去后山呼吸呼吸新鲜空气，散散步。听说前段时间胡锦涛主席访问十堰市就是下榻在此。能和国家主席住一个地方不错。
