咸宁碧桂园凤凰温泉酒店

The hotel itself welcomes you with an interesting, rich painted lobby in classic European style a la China. The restaurant is nice with lot of daylight and great views of nature. My room was spacious and nice, but lacked cleanliness expected in Europe. The furniture was worn out a bit and construction flaws were visible in the room. Not in extent to bother too much, but still, in this level of hotel should not happen. The service was very nice, English was little spoken. The meeting rooms are nice, there was a lady from Morocco who spoke excellent English and cared about our wellbeing. Breakfast quality did not meet usual standard in this level of hotels in China. Xianning is only 25 minutes from Wuhan by high speed rail CRH and features local attraction - hot springs. There is a beautiful Tai-Chi temple at the hills, worth visiting.

酒店设有有趣、色彩丰富的大堂，具有经典的欧洲风格和中国风格，欢迎您的光临。餐厅很漂亮，光线充足，可以欣赏到美丽的自然景色。我的房间宽敞漂亮，但缺乏欧洲所期望的清洁度。家具有点破旧，房间里可以看到建筑缺陷。虽然不算太麻烦，但在这个级别的酒店里，这种情况不应该发生。服务非常好，英语很少说。会议室很好，有一位来自摩洛哥的女士，英语说得很好，很关心我们的健康。早餐质量达不到中国同级别酒店的通常标准。咸宁距武汉仅 25 分钟高铁 CRH，并拥有当地景点——温泉。山上有一座美丽的太极寺，值得一去。

Comfortable, clean hotel and accommodations. Gorgeous views from my balcony, as well as down the main floor hallway!! The lobby and main hall give a feel of Italy and the Vatican!!! Helpful staff for this English speaking guest. Only during off hours was it difficult to ask the staff person on duty questions because she did not speak English. Breakfast buffet was massive with a great variety of foods served. All were delish!! We were able to walk in our robes to the neighboring hot springs to relax. Felt spoiled!!

舒适、干净的酒店和住宿。从我的阳台以及主楼走廊可以看到美丽的景色！大堂和主厅给人一种意大利和梵蒂冈的感觉！对于这位说英语的客人来说，工作人员非常乐于助人。只是在下班时间很难向值班人员询问问题，因为她不会说英语。自助早餐很丰盛，食物种类繁多。一切都很美味！我们可以穿着长袍步行到附近的温泉放松身心。感觉被宠坏了！！

Stayed here for a 2 week period on business. The room was large, bathroom spacious & balcony a decent size. WiFi has sporadic access. There’s a glorious opulent ceiling along the main corridor but if you look closer will notice wallpaper peeling & areas of damp. The cuisine was predominantly Asian despite being marketed as a western menu. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Unfortunately for me my room was directly above the refurbishment of the main entrance which made it incredibly noisy. There is a hot spring access & spa close by. Xianning is a 20 minute taxi drive away. Christian was a great asset on concierge & spoke good English, that couldn’t be said for the remaining staff. Having said that everyone was friendly & tried to be helpful.

在广东住过几次碧桂园酒店，记得第一次的震撼感。这家还是沿袭了一贯的风格，富丽堂皇的酒店大堂，足够宽敞的房间，阳台上的桌椅。如果你了解碧桂园，你就会知道这就是它的风格，不要对所谓的服务抱太多要求，我们大家庭出游，自助服务挺好。中餐厅是武汉的连锁艳阳天，装修高档，菜也不错，就是假期人手不够，不过性价比不错，态度很好，还为上菜缓慢送了我们一道菜，呵呵。温泉不远，走五分钟就到了，人不是很多，保证你有干净的毛巾，很好。老婆一句话总结，这次假日安排的节目不错。

碧桂园的酒店还是不错的，在深圳住过，装修很豪华大气，这家也沿袭了这个风格，大厅真是富丽堂皇，感觉像进了宫殿一样。| 我们入住的是普通房型，房间装修还行，挺大的，床睡着也很舒服。来这里主要的目的是去泡温泉，温泉是要另外收费的，我觉得能含在房价里最好了，这样还可以优惠点。| 酒店周围环境挺好的，背靠着潜山，空气很新鲜，交通略有不便，如果是自驾过来会方便很多。

Wow when I first walked in this hotel I thought this looks nice. It had Sistine Chapel wallpaper on the ceiling which gave you a glamorous feel, well if you pull back that wall paper you will see the truth. The first room they gave us had to changed because it had mold on the walls. Also while walking to the room there were white sheets on the carpet. The next day at breakfast I started looking around noticing the place is covered in water damage. I don't know what happen but you just didn't feel cozy there. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast they had a noodle bar and you could make soup it was warm and good, finally something I didn't need a Tums afterwards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

地理位置不错，环境很好，因为它有个高尔夫球场，交通也挺方便，出门口就有出租车。房间空间都挺大，里面的硬件设备也不错，没配备电脑，房间装修比较舒服。早餐还可以，是自助餐，种类还可以。服务员的热情程度都不错。整个卫生情况也满意，床单、被罩都很干净。温泉水质还不错。大厅装修看起来很豪华。

Ok. The place should be in Italy. Whoever built it went over the top. The lobby is gigantic and have coved ceilings that are hand painted. ||||Rooms are nice. Beds are firm Chinese style. Bathrooms were decent.||||Views are great. Staff does not speak much English and they do not seem to get many foreign guests but they were very nice and helpful.
