The Golden Ray has all you need for a comfortable nights stay after a long day touring, especially when your guide handles the rigours of check in! Sitting in the expansive lobby enjoying the air conditioning was easily the better choice! That said, the staff were so eager to please, allowing our group to commandeer the TV in the bar to attempt to find some sport and ensuring that we were promptly served with refreshing beverages. This personal attention made our decision to eat in one of the many hotel restaurants an easy one, and the Chinese meal was tasty and good value.||||The rooms are spacious and very modern, with a spotless bathroom and robust wi-fi. The only problem we encountered was the lighting system, operated on the key card and a little bit random - we had to employ a combination of switch presses to illuminate the room and never really mastered it throughout our short stay.

The rooms were clean (though really should be in a 1-year old hotel. Amenities in the room were fine. Don't know much about the immediate area of the hotel, but there is a gentleman's club next door and looked like some single ladies on the sidewalk outside. ||||I ranked the hotel lower because it seemed cobbled together and not very high-end, considering who they are trying to attract.||||A major highlight was that the bathroom was easily navigable for a wheelchair user (king deluxe room).||||Odd parts of the stay - room switches for lighting were utterly confusing and mislabeled. The handicap panel in the elevator was missing 11, which was the floor we were staying on. The pool staff seemed to think they were supposed to charge us for using it - odd. The pool was more green slimy than we expect from a nicer hotel. The lobby bar is more like a sport park concession stand - very limited choices and the waiter had no idea what they offered or how much. They had imported bottles of wine (750+RMB) but only by bottle and only Tsingtao beer.||||Finally, and most markedly, they woke us at 2am with a series of phone calls because they believed we had pressed the emergency button. Most important to me in a hotel is a good sleep - I assure you that call ruined that. We have no idea why they thought that we pushed it - and I suspect they will not try to fix the issue. ||||Oh and they have a restaurant called "Italian Restaurant" that does not serve Italian food...it's a Chinese buffet. ||||I cannot recommend the hotel without letting you know what you are in for.

Golden Ray hotel is a 5 star hotel with excellent service and clean inside out. The hotel is located at a nice part of the city where you can walk around and enjoy the big mall with so many food courts. Breakfast is good with the majority of Chinese foods.

Golden Ray酒店是一家五星级酒店，服务一流，里里外外都很干净。酒店位于城市的一个不错的地方，您可以在那里散步并享受拥有众多美食广场的大型购物中心。早餐很好，大部分是中餐。

因为参加朋友的婚礼才来到金德瑞酒店的，这次给我的印象真的很不错，我要强烈推荐，朋友订的是12楼的套房，1、房间比想象中大很多，装修不错，特别是客厅，非常大，既然还有健身器材， 2、酒店的服务真的很体贴，提前在我们不知情的情况下给把房间做了婚房布置，非常漂亮，还给新人准备了小礼品，感动不已；3、婚宴的菜肴帮我做的很丰盛很新鲜，还专门为我们提供了宾客通道。。|我原以为新开业的酒店会很糟糕，没想到这次让我长了见识，，，谢谢酒店各位员工！

Spacious and clean room. Helpful staff although level of English can be improved. Amenities of standard good quality. Had a lot of trouble to get the wifi and eventually it could not be installed properly.||Would recommend it for sure.

房间宽敞干净。乐于助人的员工虽然英语水平有待提高。标准的设施，品质优良。花了很多麻烦才获得无线网络，最终无法正确安装。||肯定会推荐它。

房间宽大，睡觉舒服安静，价格实惠，早餐丰富，晚餐品种也很多，下次还继续住宜昌金德瑞国际酒店，建议要住还是住豪华间的更舒服

Camera pulito e comoda. Si può fumare. C'è una discreta collezione di film di cui diversi in inglese. Il menù della TV é però in cinese. Personale non parla inglese. C'è almeno il caffè a colazione. Non hanno accettato la mia mastercard ho dovuto pagare in contanti. Proprio di fronte un buon centro commerciale.

房间干净舒适。你可以抽烟。这里有很多电影，其中有几部是英文的。不过，电视菜单是中文的。工作人员不会说英语。至少早餐有咖啡。他们不接受我的万事达卡，我必须用现金支付。就在一个很好的购物中心对面。

Das Hotel hat eigentlich 4 Sterne. Ich weiß leider nicht, wodurch diese Bewertung zustande kam.||||Der Empfangsbereich ist sauber, die Rezeption freundlich und perfekt.||||Die Zimmer (zumindest mein Zimmer) wurde die ganzen vier Tage wohl nicht gesaugt. Der ganze Staub und von der Kleidung heruntergefallene Müll lag alle 4 Tage auf dem Boden.||||Bett und Bad waren sauber.||||Das Frühstück ist gut angerichtet, vielfach chinesisch. Bedienung gibt es nicht.

酒店实际上有4星。不幸的是，我不知道这篇评论是怎么来的。||||接待区很干净，接待很友好而且很完美。||||房间（至少是我的房间）可能整个四个房间都没有用吸尘器打扫过天。衣服上掉下来的灰尘和垃圾每四天就会落在地板上。||||床和浴室都很干净。||||早餐准备得很好，通常是中式的。没有服务。
