Great staff: they made you feel welcome! From the reception to the staff in the restaurant, everyone was smiling and ready to please you. Breakfast is worth trying, full of good options and diversity. The room was super confortable, perfect cleaned and spacious. . The hotel is located near the station and has an excellent connection with the city center. Strongly recommend!

very good experience. The room is large and well lit. Good sound insulation means we barely heard anything from the outside or through the walls. Breakfast was good enough so that I didn't get tired of it. Best of all is the polite and helpful staff. Thanks Rosie for being always there to take care of our guests and wael at the bar

The Front Desk & Concierge service is commendable. Love the location, easy access to all places.The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in The flowers all over the hotel were stunning. First class everything! Beautiful hotel and incredible staff all over!

The service and food are good, but hotel room has some issues. There are mosquitoes in the room, black mood are around hand the sink, and room floor carpet is very dirty. People are smoking on the nonsmoking floor (11th floor),

We stayed here for 3 nites because during the Labour Day holiday, most of China Hotels here increased their rate. Hence, this luxury hotel has offered comparable rate to other Chinese hotels. The hotel is modern with welcoming staff, beautiful lobby, and spacious room. The room and bathroom is well renovated, clean, and modern. The sumptuous breakfast offered variety of Chinese and western cuisines. The hotel is well located being near to the railway station, Tusi castle, Daughter City and DongFung street. Being away from the busy DongFung street, it is less crowded and noisy. However, the temperature of the room seems to be unadjustable and was quite warm during the nites. Nonetheless, we have enjoyed our stay in Movenpick Enshi.

We stayed two nights in En Shi, first visiting the Chinese Grand Canyon, then the Tonglong Caves. I agree with the other reviews that it is the best in En Shi, as this is a relatively small city compared to SH, BJ etc. However, I wouldn' t agree that it is the BEST in China. This is very misleading as there are definitely many more better hotels elsewhere in China.||||At the front desk, we asked for a non-smoking room. When we were led to the fifth floor, we could smell the smoke and asked them again. They then found out we were given a smoking room instead so we had to gather our stuff and move upstairs again, to a smaller room but was better than a smoking room when you didn't want one. But it was nicer on the 10th floor as there is a serene open space for all the tenants on this floor. Very comfortable to watch the sunset or have a drink at night.||||Indeed, we were very disappointed in the gym facilities. First, when we checked their website, we didn't know they already closed their swimming pool. Second, we have never been in a 5 star hotel with such a simple gym, where every jogger has to turn their head to the right to watch the only TV in the small gym, mounted on a side wall, on the right of all the treadmills. Whoever designed that probably wasn't a real gym user himself. No separate TV for each user, no water provided, not sure about the towel as we didn't even bother to ask. Changing rooms away from gym on the other side of the pool, with no sauna, no steam room etc.||||On the positive side, this hotel is close to the other sightseeing places, and the popular dining area within 10 min of driving.||||In general service is still good as they try their best to make the customers feel like home but we believe further training is still required to keep up with the real Swiss standard as this hotel has lots to catch up with their counterparts in Switzerland.

It is great! Did not expect to have such modern luxury hotel! My husband and I was very pleased. We like the breakfast with many choices of noodles. We went as a group, so did not have to talk with anybody. The room is comfortable, the pillows are great. It supplied with two bottles of water, like all the Chinese hotels.

太棒了！没想到还有这么现代化的豪华酒店！我和我丈夫非常高兴。我们喜欢早餐，有很多面条可供选择。我们是一群人去的，所以不需要和任何人交谈。房间很舒服，枕头很棒。和所有中国酒店一样，提供两瓶水。
