武汉汉口恒信希尔顿花园酒店

訂了3天的恒信美居酒店，酒店的地理位置不錯，雖然遠離了市區，但都打車就無所謂，周圍附近有滿多商店，都很方便，房間的冷氣有點不太冷，可能有點舊的關係，但整體無傷大雅。酒店人員非常的親切，我們從台灣第一次到武漢玩，很多事情都不知道，幸好有酒店人員的協助我們4天3夜的行程才得以完善！最感謝的是幫我們check in的前台人員：邱心雨（Maura)。我們初到沒有國內電話用，所以沒有辦法打車，正發愁的時候，心雨直接幫我們叫了車，沒想到的是，國內叫車是要先付款的，當然我回酒店時打還了她錢，這額外的貼心真的是要非常感謝她，讓我跟我老婆解決了當天晚上晚餐的問題。酒店的一切都非常好，謝謝，下次一定會再回去住。

為了聽华晨宇演唱會第一次到武漢，位置還算近走路可以到，也離茶顏悅色近很方便的，打掃房間的阿姨挺熱情的，整體來說算不錯，就是入住無菸房外面走廊一股煙味，走出來搭電梯都被嗆到，跟前台小姐姐說了之後隔天就沒有了，挺推薦的。

First of all, it took us 10 minutes to walk from the metro station at fast pace, around 1km distance and some might call it "nearby" but I am not here to judge. The decor of the lobby was very modern and looked brand-new. The room and the bathroom were spacious, bedding was adequate. The room could get really dusty as it was located on a wide local highway with trucks passing by frequently. The real problem was the water. One night when we came back to the hotel at around 1am from sightseeing and in need of a shower, but we found that there were no hot water and the tap water turned brownish all of a sudden. We were informed that there were issues with the hot water supply and the water pipe, and it won't be fixed until the next morning. I understand that there was nothing much the staff could do but the hardware of this hotel really needs an upgrade. Except these hardware malfunctions, the service was generally great and the restaurant served very delicious Chinese food.

首先，我们从地铁站步行10分钟，速度很快，大约1公里的距离，有人可能会说它“附近”，但我不在这里评判。大堂的装修很现代，看起来很新。房间和浴室都很宽敞，床上用品也很充足。房间可能会非常灰尘，因为它位于一条宽阔的当地高速公路上，卡车经常经过。真正的问题是水。一天晚上，我们凌晨1点左右游览完回到酒店，需要洗澡，却发现没有热水，自来水突然变成褐色。我们被告知热水供应和水管有问题，要到第二天早上才能修好。 我知道工作人员无能为力，但这家酒店的硬件确实需要升级。除了这些硬件故障之外，服务总体来说很棒，餐厅提​​供非常美味的中餐。

十一和朋友一起到武汉玩，网上订的房间。酒店服务挺不错的，在前台办理入住比较快，也很细致。大堂经理小张帮我升级了房间，还给我们介绍了武汉的特色小吃和旅游经理。房间住的也很舒适，很喜欢他们家的床！总之，很赞。下次要是来武汉还会选择美居

I was really impressed by the staff at the hotel. They were extremely helpful and friendly and definitely the highlight of my stay. They went above and beyond to provide good service. The hotel is situated in a good location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room did get a bit hot at times but it was manageable.

酒店的工作人员给我留下了深刻的印象。他们非常乐于助人且友好，绝对是我住宿期间的亮点。他们竭尽全力提供优质的服务。酒店地理位置优越。房间干净舒适。房间有时确实有点热，但在可控范围内。

整體挺不錯的，前台小姐姐有禮貌，房間也夠大，也有洗衣房可以用。不過乾淨程度還是差點意思，手被跳蚤咬了。

The Mercure hotel is close to a direct subway line to the airport, which is useful for short visits. The hotel is modern and features everything you would expect from an internationally branded hotel, however, it still has smoking floors - you need to ask at check-in for a non-smoking room. Only few staff in the hotel speak English. Walking from the subway station to the hotel takes less than 10 minutes - take exit number A, turn right and walk along 3rd Chang Qing Road and you will see the Mercure sign of the hotel.

Mercure 酒店靠近直达机场的地铁线，对于短期访问非常有用。这家酒店很现代化，配备了您对国际品牌酒店所期望的一切，但仍然设有吸烟楼层 - 您需要在办理入住时询问是否需要无烟客房。酒店里只有少数工作人员会说英语。从地铁站步行不到10分钟即可到达酒店，从A号出口出来，右转，沿长青三路步行，即可看到酒店的美居标志。

总所周知武汉的夏天是非常热的，而且疫情也已经结束了。酒店为了节省成本 竟然连空调都不开。 一晚上辗转反侧热的睡不着。 早上送来一台小电扇也无济于事。 而且房间内异味很大。另外目前武汉酒店行业整体比较萧条，万豪集团其他其他酒店也都非常便宜，这家的含税价格已经和喜来登万豪差不多了。从那边搬过来再住这边一晚上 落差太差太差。总体体验非常差。
