Excellent experience. Friendly staff go out of their way to helpful, whether it’s helping a guest in a wheelchair with their luggage, moving your room because your neighbors were smoking, or returning your lost electronic device from the gym after you checked out (thank you!). The Chinese and Italian restaurants on site are very good (and will cater to dietary restrictions) and the breakfast buffet is great with a wide range of choices and a signature selection of bakery pastries. Everything in Wuhan seems a 1 hour drive from everything else but location is very convenient to Wuhan University of Geosciences and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Gym is small but usually most equipment is open. The spa on site is fantastic.

I have been to many Hyatt hotels, under the Hyatt chain. It is an understatement that this hotel is probably one of the most luxurious hyatt for all the ones I have travelled. It should at least be branded as Park Hyatt instead, which I guess the location was the downside.||The hotel is filled with arts, Chinese traditional arts, and exhibited in a well thought out modern space. My room is covered by real hard floor and one should|Be easily tell the difference when you step on it. The hotel is over ten years old, but it has aged well, as you wont feel it is dated and the original architects’ designs have really shinned.||The hotel was rebranded from the luxury series, “Pu” and it wad called Pu Yu before taken over by Hyatt chain. Pu series hotel chain is a collection of hotels that focused on the Chinese culture blended in a historical location. You can still find the Pu series in China, such as in Beijing and Shanghai.||All the staff are well trained, so you shall have no concerns if you are a foreigner.||I have gave up on the Hyatt frequent traveller program but if I come back to Wu Han, I will for sure stay here, since it is so affordable.

我去过很多凯悦酒店，凯悦连锁酒店。毫不夸张地说，这家酒店可能是我住过的所有酒店中最豪华的凯悦酒店之一。它至少应该被命名为柏悦酒店，我想这是它的缺点。||这家酒店充满了艺术，中国传统艺术，并在一个经过深思熟虑的现代空间中展出。我的房间铺有真正的硬地板，当您踩在上面时应该很容易看出区别。酒店已经有十几年的历史了，但是年代感还不错，不会觉得过时，原来建筑师的设计真的很闪亮。||酒店是由豪华系列“璞”重新命名的，当时就叫璞于之前被凯悦连锁酒店接管。璞系列连锁酒店是一个专注于在历史地点融合中国文化的酒店集合。 Pu系列在中国还是可以找到的，比如北京、上海。||所有的工作人员都训练有素，所以如果你是外国人也不用担心。||我已经放弃了凯悦常旅客计划但如果我回到武汉，我肯定会住在这里，因为它是如此实惠。

Great experience for my twin days at this hotel . Received wonderful service and fine treatment for being a Globalist status . Check in , housekeeping, food service , suite upgrade and room conditions all excellent. Will come back.

Great hotel. Very good service.The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant has good food and the staff was very welcoming. The swimming pool and spa staff were very kind help.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and overall, it is always nice. Rooms are clean, beds are large and very comfortable and bathrooms are well-appointed with a nice range of toiletry amenities.|Coffee shop breakfast is very good with a wide choice of both local and international selections. |Staff are polite and check in and out is always a quick and painless affair!

Good location in optics valley close to subway station of line 2, excellent and diverse breakfast, excellent Italian and Chinese restaurants in hotel, nice swimming pool, comfortable and quiet rooms. Well trained staff for international travelers.

位置优越，位于光谷，靠近地铁2号线站，早餐丰富多样，酒店内的意大利餐厅和中餐厅都很棒，游泳池不错，房间舒适安静。为国际旅客提供训练有素的工作人员。

Great property. Will stay again. ||One downside is the rain shower is not very well maintain as it still dripped despite turning it off.
