酒店衛生乾淨，服務工作人員禮貌，停車場宽大，方便自駕人士入住，房間看柳葉湖的景色非常美，家人非常滿意

We stayed here for a night in mid-December 2014. Our room was a premier room on a very high floor facing the lake. The view was excellent but it was a bit foggy to take good photos. ||||It was pretty quiet and the staff were very attentive and found time to chat with us whenever we walked around. Guess the winter low season gave staff the chance to relax and chat with guests. The service was excellent and our room was very good. We didn't have time to explore the area around the hotel but saw a few restaurants nearby. ||||Breakfast was alright and coffee was good . Our dinner at the hotel was reasonably priced but since it was the first time we ate there, we forgot to tell the wait staff " no chilli " but instead we said " less chilli". One of the dishes came " numbling hot" since it was spiced with Sichuan peppercorns. The staff apologized and said the dish normally had more chilli hot oil. ||||The room was clean and good with wifi connection. We were usually not particular about the beds but this hotel had the one hardest beds we ever slept on. Took a while to get used to before we could sleep. ||||It was comforting to stay in a nice warm friendly hotel in the winter. ||||||||||

酒店房的景觀優美，酒店的每個部門都非常貼心服務，滿足我們的需求外，做得比我們要求的更多更好。有機會還會再來，感謝！！

Stayed for 3 days in September. The front desk was nice enough. Efficient check in process. Something was amiss in our room- found a tiny little bug on our bed and they promptly changed our room. However the new room had missing tiles in the bathroom, the complementary water bottles were questionable beyond their expiration date and carpet was beyond dirty...I actually found nail clippings on the floor.|As well, the private rooms in the hotel restaurant was way overpriced. Much preferred the one the main level. Prices were more reasonable and the food more flavorful. |All in all, the hotel is in a good location, but in my opinion, much in need of training to retain repeat customers.

酒店位于风景区，湖景房的景观还是不错的。不过我们住的市景房，远处都是新开发的楼盘。据说是常德唯一的五星酒店。我们住的复式套房，比较有特色。但是，上层的制冷效果太差，害的我们晚上只好去一层地毯上打地铺了。装修很一般。早餐也不像五星级的水平。服务人员的态度还是不错的。|

Room 1215 was facing a large lake with balcony. Room was huge and very quiet (except for the fireworks at 7am), wifi worked fine. It was extremely interesting that there was a selection of condoms, disposable underwear and something called ‘happy towel’ in the bathroom for sale. Also, the extra toiletries (comb, shaving kit, toothbrush) had a sign that they were extra and you had to pay for them. The regular soap and shampoo I’m assuming were free. Good amount of water pressure. Room sign indicated non-smoking, but there was a heavy smell of smoke in the room and the pillows, a bit annoying. Excellent buffet breakfast, much more Asian, but some Western dishes like baked beans. One English TV station – CCTV, other 53 channels were Chinese. Room had extra electric adapter in the desk drawer. I was surprised to see a gas mask in the closet, but was told it was common in 4 and 5 star Chinese hotels and to have in case of fire.

1215房间面向一个大湖，有阳台。房间很大，很安静（除了早上 7 点的烟花），无线网络运行良好。非常有趣的是，浴室里有各种避孕套、一次性内衣和一种叫做“快乐毛巾”的东西出售。此外，额外的洗漱用品（梳子、剃须套件、牙刷）上有一个标志，表明它们是额外的，你必须付费。 我认为普通的肥皂和洗发水是免费的。水压充足。 房间标牌上写着禁止吸烟，但房间和枕头里有很重的烟味，有点烦人。自助早餐很棒，更多的是亚洲风味，但也有一些西式菜肴，例如烤豆。 1个英文电视台——中央电视台，其他53个频道是中文频道。房间的书桌抽屉里有额外的电源适配器。我很惊讶地在衣柜里看到防毒面具，但被告知这在中国四星级和五星级酒店很常见，并且在发生火灾时必须配备。

常德的唯一一个五星级酒店，这个还可以。性价比还可以，旅行社的价格便宜多了。地理位置出行的话不方便，但是这个酒店风景很好，离市区还有一段距离的。我是坐车去的。服务还可以吧，第一次住五星级酒店嘛，服务比别的地方好多了。窗户大小一般吧，不是特别大，打开窗户可以看到湖，房间感觉蛮舒服的。里面硬件设施都齐全，跟我们湘潭四星级的差不多，这里可以泡温泉，是风景区，感觉还可以。卫生蛮好的。

If you're looking for a fancy, clean, top notch ritzy hotel ... this is NOT the place for you.|||| There are couple of restaurants in the establishment, but none worth while. ||However they do have a large selection of breakfast choices that can cater to some foreign diets.||||NOTE pay more to obtain room on a higher level facing the lake. .. has a nice view.||||Insist for clean none smoker room... even though the rooms and floors are none smoking that doesn't seem to stop some of the other guess. ||||Make sure to inspect the room ..suggest that you inspect the screens during hot season....||||If none of this bothers you then it's a good place for the price.... downfall is your far from everything.
