Beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff.Most friendly and helpful receptionists Fenfen and Cherry). They were super helpful rhroughout my entire stay🤗🤗. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I can’t really describe how happy and grateful I am of Cherry and Fenfen, they let me checkout late and even gifted me with Harmona exclusive high tea. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I must commend the English speaking staff. They tried their best to help us when they could. Unfortunately this hotel is very dated and old. The bedding and towels had obvious stains on them. The rooms are far from other parts of the hotel so you need a cart or to walk to the next location. The food in the Western restaurant is not very appetizing (that's where breakfast is too, for the price not worth it) , the Chinese restaurant is much better. The pool is much smaller than the pictures. We visited in summer, so children dominated it so we didn't feel like we could use it. The hotel is very close to the Grand Canyon, however I would not stay again.

We highly recommend. We spent 8 nights in Harmona resort. The place is well placed to discover the beautiful region and the staff was very supportive to ease our discoveries and to make our stay very comfortable. A very special thanks to Johnson and Potti who were very close to our needs! They advised us some good restaurants in the city as an alternative to the food proposed by the resort, which may need to be more diversified.

It has been an amazing stay from the moment we arrived. The staff is super kind; I traveled with my family and we were given a room upgrade which we really appreciated. Wonderful views from the villa!Special mention to Mr. Knight who helped me to solve an issue with my airline tickets; he speaks really good English and actually he helped us in any translation and in any issue we needed.The hotel is located near the east entrance to the National Forest Park, just 10 minutes by car. Inside the hotel itself there’s a Tour Agency so it is very convenient and you can hire a guide. Good breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying there!

A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities.The staff is very polite, everything is at a high level. In general, I recommend to everyone, the hotel is worth the money!

Shower drainage issue, need to ask staff to rectify it. Breakfast was really not good with limited choice. Floor marble, very cold during winter and floor heater not working. Food at Chinese restaurant was also so-so.

The location was scenic and staff were attentive and friendly. The amenities are good in theory although we couldn’t use the pool as it was being cleaned. Not such great timing for a summer weekend. Other than that it was beautiful.

Green oasis! Incredibly beautiful and relaxing surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant served tasty dinners. I had three flight cancellations while I was there, and staff member Knight was incredibly helpful and responsive as my plans changed and changed again. I loved staying at the Harmona.
