房間很乾淨，就在汽車站附近走路沒幾分鐘，我們住頂樓，旁邊就是曬衣場，對我們來說很方便，但隔音不太好，外面汽車聲一早就聽得到，對聲音敏感的人要考慮一下，大概房間比較大所以燈光很昏暗，閱讀或滑手機很吃力

Conveniently located within walking distance (10 minutes) of the East entrance of the national park. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Very reasonably priced. Nice big rooms. Big bed. Clean, tidy, well-maintained. Nice and cosy. It felt far more welcoming and homely than big-name (expensive) brands. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in China. Not because of the hotel itself, but because of the level of service I received from the beautiful husband and wife proprietors. They went well above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible stay. They recommended restaurants, activities, they helped us book tickets, and even helped us get discounted prices. They also told us how and where to catch local buses at a fraction of the price of taxis. They also added my contact so I could call at any time if I had issues. These were all things that they didn't need to do, as they already had my money. I could tell that they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. I will definitely stay again on future visits. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for your help! I hope your business does really well in future. You really deserve it!

I loved my time at the No. 1 Inn!! Great location next to the bus station and close to lots of food options (I really liked the soymilk at the 特色早餐店 on 未央路 - used to grab one on the way to the east gate in the morning, haha...). It's about a 10 minute easy walk to the east gate which is super convenient. And the lady who runs the place is so friendly and gave lots of great advice on my itinerary and even what buses to take - I followed what she said and had a blast exploring Zhangjiajie Park. She even called ahead to Baofeng Lake (宝峰湖) to confirm I'd have enough time to visit when I first arrived (I got there late, around 3.30pm). The room was super neat, cleaned every day, and bright and airy. Overall, a great stay and I'd recommend this to anyone else coming to Wulingyuan.

我很喜欢在第一旅馆的时光！位置很好，就在公交车站旁边，附近有很多吃的选择（我很喜欢未央路特色早餐店的豆浆——以前早上去东门的路上买一份豆浆，哈哈……）。步行到东门大约10分钟，超级方便。经营这个地方的女士非常友好，给了我很多很好的建议，包括我的行程，甚至乘坐什么巴士——我按照她的建议，探索了张家界公园，玩得很开心。她甚至提前给宝峰湖打电话，确认我刚到的时候有足够的时间去参观（我到的很晚，下午3.30左右）。房间超级整洁，每天都打扫，明亮通风。总的来说，这是一次很棒的住宿体验，我会向所有来武陵源的人推荐这里。

Loved our stay here, bed is so comfortable and room is very spacious! Very helpful staff and one spoke english. Foreigner friendly. They mapped out a whole route for us to visit the national park. Lots of great places to eat.

Great hotel in a great location, shower and bed were really great. Nice cozy hotel, no complaints at all. The hotel staff spoke English and helped us to book our tickets for the parks and activities, supplied us with a map and gave us detailed instructions and tips on navigation and how things worked. They went above and beyond and made our trip very smooth and stress free. A great stay, highly recommend them!

My room was very good and clean, nothing smelled. Really quiet at night. Yen, the boss, is very helpful and kind and speaks perfect English. She helped me with the tickets and everything else. Thank you 😊🙏

Very amazing hotel. Very good service. Owner helped us with planning tours. Very clean and daily service. Hot water and AC. Amazing price value and English speaking owner. Thanks for the nice time.
