Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Zhangjiajie

Excellent hotel and very helpful staff, in particular Ren, who was kind enough to pick us up from the airport at late notice because we arrived late at night during the Chinese New Year. She also helped us to plan our tours and trips when we needed it 🙂 Breakfast was lovely and the hotel supermarket was a nice surprise as we didn’t have to go too far if we wanted any snacks. Beds were also comfortable and the Mountain View room was spacious and warm. Great too to see the city and watch the Chinese new year fireworks!

房間干净明亮通风景色一绝可以看到七十二奇樓美丽的夜景. 地理位置好对面就是大庸公园和博物館.还有小米粥夜宵.房间很大. 下次有再来.

Nice stay, excellent location, very pleasant and helpful front office staffs. Great spread of dishes for breakfast.

最喜歡飯店裡面的設施是自助洗衣間，方便出門長途在外的旅遊朋友.尤其是冬天，沒洗衣機怎麼辦.前台服務很好很親切，詢問都很熱切回覆.住在18樓，窗外的河畔晚上景色也很棒.

Hi there,we really liked this Hotel. They have a Supermarket inside, as well as a laundry room. We did not make use of breakfast, so not sure how that is. But the cleaning staff was very friendly and even folded our clothes for us while we were gone. The staff at the reservation spoke some english and where not, it is easy enough with a translation app. Biggest plus are the big rooms and awesome view over the City however, for a very reasonable price (outside the tourist season).

你好，我们真的很喜欢这家酒店。他们里面有一个超市，还有一个洗衣房。我们没有使用早餐，所以不知道早餐怎么样。但清洁人员非常友好，甚至在我们离开时为我们叠好衣服。预订处的工作人员会说一些英语，如果不会，使用翻译应用程序就很容易了。最大的优点是房间很大，可以欣赏到城市的美景，而且价格非常合理（旅游旺季以外）。

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

Old hotel but relatively clean. Room is very spacious and sufficient supply of basic amenities. Room still have a scent of smoke when enter. Room need some serious upgrading.Breakfast was very chinese style.

老酒店但是比较干净。房间非常宽敞，基本设施齐全。 进入房间时仍然有烟味。房间需要认真升级。早餐非常中式。

It was okay for One night. Room is big and bed confortable but hotel is careless. I chose it because it was the nearest to Zhangjaijie west station, it took 10 minuts by car. We asked for a taxi in the reception and they did not want to call them, just because in the street is easy to pick up one. It was true but they showed up unmotivated.

住一晚还可以。房间很大，床很舒服，但酒店很粗心。我选择它是因为它离张家界西站最近，开车也就10分钟。我们在接待处要求叫一辆出租车，但他们不想打电话，只是因为在街上很容易叫到一辆。这是事实，但他们表现得毫无动力。
