This hotel is super nice. The staff is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend it. It’s near to Tianmen mountain

It's a new hotel so the rooms were clean but the problem is when I entered the room I see a bat in the room. Immediately I called reception but they couldn't speak English and they disconnected before I can finish. I called again but they didn't receive it. I went down from the 15th floor and showed the photo and they were laughing. I didn't find any professional behavior from them, even not a single sorry. They just called the hotel cleaner and the cleaner came and killed it.＞＞ The receptionists are very unprofessional. I booked the hotel one day before, but during check-in, they couldn't find and spent 15-20mins. I asked them about the tourist spots and they simply said have a map in the lobby. And most unprofessional behavior I saw during the presence of a bat in my room.＞＞ The window doesn't have any net, so I think the bat entered from the open window.Good Things＞ New building, room was clean and good viewing.＞Food was good with a variety of items

Room is Ok, Breakfast is good. It is not far from tianmen cable way (900 meters) also bus station.

房间还可以，早餐也不错。距离天门索道（900米）和公交车站也不远。
