Hier zu übernachten gleicht einer Hinrichtung. Zimmer stinken nach Rauch, Frühstück ist schlechter als Katzenfutter. Englisch kann keiner. Zimmer sind klein und heiß....

I stayed in the hotel on April 2, 2024, looking forward to visiting the National Park of Zhangjiajie the next day. Unexpectedly, I found my camera not working properly early evening near 8 pm. I rushed to the front desk asking for camera shop information. Mr. 黃康, a receptionist, was a god-sent. He told me most shops in town are closed around 8 pm and he managed to call a taxi to take me to the city center where most camera shops are located. He then even accompanied me to the street to get the taxi that he called. My camera got fixed in the end. This service was outstanding and beyond expectation!

2024年4月2日入住酒店，期待第二天去张家界国家公园游览。没想到，到了晚上八点左右，我发现我的相机不能正常工作了。我冲到前台询问相机店的信息。接待员黄康先生是天赐之人。他告诉我镇上大多数商店晚上 8 点左右就关门了，他设法叫了一辆出租车带我去市中心，那里是大多数相机店所在的地方。然后他甚至陪我到街上叫他叫的出租车。我的相机最后修好了。这项服务非常出色，超出了预期！

It was not bad the room was quite small but clean the air con could become a warmer during the winter time but I must say that the shower is a bit short and a little too powerful overall experience was great

This hotel was really decent. There was no problem checking in as a foreigner, the room was clean and the breakfast was quite good.

Yes, it’s brand new furnishing... room small.. but the most disappointing is No air cond in the room.. just normal air from the vent. Reception confirmed to me..
