Phoenix Grand Hotel - Fenghuang

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and in my room, the shower was perfect💯 you can make it hot or cold & warm, the bathroom is very spacious. Towels and are provided, you can also change your bed sheet by placing a card inside one of the drawers. There is an in room dining as well, there are various kinds of TV shows, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast & dinner at the restaurant might be the best part, the location is nice too. Although that, the carpet is kinda dirty and there isn't any soap bar. I recommend you this hotel

The hotel has a very spacious room, but things are not well maintained. The drain is slow.. so not comfortable for showering, the bathroom door is broken, but the location is good. The service is good. Just very old design...

On our tour we was staying here for 2 nights. Spacious and clean. Boring breakfast buffet. Quite near the old town, walking distance around 15 minutes. Also near the bus station

This hotel was superior in the area. Room size especially the bathroom was big. The quilt cover was a bit dirty at the corner due to its history. Windows were opened after cleaning but might not be noted due to covered by the curtain at both sides. Breakfast provided was merely acceptable because not hot enough. Coffee was not brewed. If you need fine coffee, you could spend a little more to enjoy in many cafes outside the hotel.

This hotel considers a 4 stars rating in my view. Room is clean and big for 2 to 3 pax in the room. The wifi is one of the strongest in all hotels we stayed so far. The breakfast varieties limited to local breakfast! Expect to drink 3-1 coffee and no fresh brew coffee here. Attentive staff when I have problem in the room wifi, an IT guy came faster than I expect to fix the issue. Friendly staff but the bath room is rather too cold to step in when visit during the winter time!

Inconvenient that the rooms were in a building seperate from the lobby which was quite a distance. Also incredibly unfortunate that my colleagues were trapped in the lift for 15 minutes and one of them fainted and has to be escorted by ambulance. Lastly, this hotel's guest information book is outdated as they do not have some of the services listed. Other than that, rooms were clean.

Dirty Room - Floor and carpet! Dirty towels! AC not working! No Service Room! The mini fridge was empty and turned off! The restaurant denied to serve us dinner even it was its working hours! Botton line... Terrible experience!

Stayed at the delux suite. Room was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the river on the 22nd floor. Good location near the heart of the city and river where the sightseeing locations are. Would recommend.

住的是豪华套房。房间非常宽敞干净。在22楼可以看到河景。位置优越，靠近市中心和河流，那里是观光地点。会推荐。
