Fantastic stay no complaints! Location really is fantastic, isn't noisy past 11pm nor in the morning. Cosy heated beds, fantastic views, central location near the local's food choices also. Near direct bus from 高铁 station too. Lady boss was really kind and gave us good advice on going around the city without us even asking. Fully recommend! q

Highly recommend this space to anyone This was the perfect trip and stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Chinese, but the host was incredibly kind and used a translation app to communicate, making everything so easy. He even upgraded my room for free!The room was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully quiet—such a peaceful place to relax.The location was super convenient, just a short distance from Phoenix Town and the bus station. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful hotel run by the very kind owner ready to help you with any info. Free washing machine much appreciated. Perfect location between the main road where taxis leave you and the tourist area, you can reach everything by walking. I loved this place and the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely adorable, welcomed us with oranges and gave us a free upgrade. The hotel is located 2min away from the East Gate of the Fenghuang Old City. They kept our bags for free while we were visiting. The hotel lady came with us to the bus station when we were about to leave. If you are coming by train, we recommend you take line 2 from the train station (Fenghuang Gu Cheng) and get down at Nanhuali. The hotel is two min away from the bus station.

酒店房间非常干净舒适。工作人员非常可爱，用橘子欢迎我们并免费给我们升级了房间。酒店距离凤凰古城东门 2 分钟路程。我们参观期间，他们免费保管我们的行李。我们即将离开时，酒店女士陪我们去了汽车站。如果您乘火车前来，我们建议您从火车站（凤凰古城）乘坐 2 号线，在南华里下车。酒店距离汽车站仅 2 分钟路程。

Very good Homestay it’s small hotel but good location that near main square, hotel service very good like 5 stars hotel the lady who is everything as reception, cleaner and maybe manger help me a lot before I go there she guided me how go to home stay that very good and clear also when I arrived she guided me how walk around town and river, where is shortcut go there and where can I find stall or restaurant. Also once I need her help to find supermarket she responded immediately and clear. Recommend everyone who finding accommodation in Fenghuang

非常棒的民宿，虽然规模不大，但位置不错，靠近主广场。酒店服务也很棒，堪比五星级酒店。前台、清洁工甚至经理都尽职尽责，在我出发前帮了我很多忙。她详细地讲解了如何前往民宿。到达后，她还指导我如何在城镇和河边漫步，告诉我哪里有捷径可以走，以及哪里可以找到摊位或餐厅。还有一次我需要她帮忙找超市，她也很快回复了，而且很清晰。推荐给所有在凤凰寻找住宿的人。
