长沙延年颐景酒店

There are the standards for 5 stars hotel and I can surely say that this hotel doesn’t meet the requirements to be called “5 stars”. The room is clean yet I’m constantly finding hair on the floor, no bathrobes/hair conditioner/body lotion, the breakfast doesn’t have much options, the front desk’s staff don’t speak English. The gym is amazing, but apparently they also invite people who don’t stay at the hotel to come and pay so it’s incredibly busy, I’m not really excited to go to such a busy gym again. I’d not complain if the hotel was 3/4 stars, but for 5 it’s bad

五星级酒店的标准是有的，我可以肯定地说，这家酒店不符合“五星级”的要求。房间很干净，但我经常发现地板上有头发，没有浴袍/护发素/润肤露，早餐没有太多选择，前台工作人员不会说英语。健身房很棒，但显然他们还邀请不住在酒店的人来付费，所以非常繁忙，我不太高兴再次去这么繁忙的健身房。如果酒店是 3/4 星我不会抱怨，但对于 5 星来说就很糟糕了

1.房間很安靜，整個酒店有特有的清香。2.早餐的種類繁多，但空間利用很差，用了太多的 大圓桌，導致早上用餐高峰需要與人併桌。3.酒店的位置離市中心有點距離，但門口一出來 就是地鐵站，位置很方便。

酒店的服務前台態度一般 正正常常 環境的確很好設施就很一般比如遊游池特別多小孩不太建議去酒店有spa做 在酒店埋很方便

Comfortable clean and cosey rooms, with a great room-service and pleasant staff. Some speak English but that doesn't matter. I wish the swimming pool has not been shared with a gym. That was somehow missing If I wanted to have a perfect stay-con!

舒适干净、温馨的客房、一流的客房服务和令人愉快的工作人员。有些人会说英语，但这并不重要。我希望游泳池没有与健身房共用。如果我想有一个完美的住宿体验，那不知何故就缺失了！

環境舒適，酒店衛生做得挺不錯的。酒店位置就在地鐵6號線3號出口附近。前台的小姊姊服務態度很不錯，下次還會再定

李*平服務員很貼心，知道我們感冒了，特意送上慰問，又多給了幾瓶水及煲了水。👍👍👍👍前台又親切。👍👍👍👍交通雖然不近五一廣場，但環境清幽，一出門就有竾鐵站。
