入住酒店大厅看起来很舒适也很干净凉快，前台服务态度很好，房间也舒适，酒店还有免费的停车场，早餐样式挺多的，味道很好，丰富，外面不远处就有便利店，酒店后面就是商业街，推荐大家入住！

Stayed at this hotel because of the need to catch an early morning flight and the reasonable proximity of this hotel to the airport. Unfortunately, this turned out to be my worst experience at any IHG hotel. The worst part of our stay was the issue that was not addressed in a satisfactory manner. We figured out at night that the hot water was far from warm enough for a shower. Called front desk, who promised to send someone over to take a look. Waited half an hour, nobody came, and nothing was improved. Called front desk again and was told that they were working on it. Then we waited until it was too late and finally had to go to bed without taking a shower. The hot water was not exactly as cool as cold water. It was lukewarm, but still too cool to use for shower. I suspect that the hotel deliberately lowered the water temperature to reduce the cost to heat the water. Other things not so good about this hotel were: 1. The hotel was quite new, and the smell of decoration was so strong that I fear it was toxic. I would suggest people refrain from staying at this hotel for an extended period of time. 2. The furniture had significant wear that is surprising considering the age of this hotel. 3. The furniture was minimal (drawers were not available, etc.), which looks cheaper than any Holiday Inn Express hotel I have stayed at. 4. The Internet was extremely slow. It was also unstable and kept disconnecting. 5. The guest room, particularly the bathroom, was not quite clean. 6. The front desk staff was not polite, and did not greet me as an IHG member. More training should be provided to them. The only good thing about this hotel was breakfast: there were plenty of items to choose from, and the quality of the food was decent.

冲着积分来的，当时非常犹豫，因为晚上10点多才到长沙南，第二天早上10点在市区见客户。住浏阳非常不方便。但为了积分，去吧。 其实比想象中的方便很多，首先长沙南到酒店打车其实只要几十块，比从长沙南去岳麓区要便宜，全程高速，甚至更快一点。第二天叫车是有麻烦，因为基本预约不到。但酒店有车送去机场，到机场叫车就很方便了。我选择是在机场坐磁悬浮到南站坐地铁，避开上班早高峰。第一班接送车八点半从酒店出发，到机场磁悬浮再到长沙市中心，9点40就到了，全程有位置坐，也是比较方便的。 前台接待非常亲切，不像洲际那种职业化的微笑，对于白金会员，升级了套房，第一次住到有浴缸的智选假日，对于喜欢泡澡的我来说是非常愉快的。早餐虽然简单，但也是丰富。其实大多数人无论住洲际还是智选假日，吃的的早餐都差不多，为何高级会员就不给送个早餐？ 小缺点是可能冬天套房通风不好，所以厕所有股味道传出，刚进门的时候体验欠佳，其余都挺好的。 对浏阳智选假日点赞。

新开的酒店，离机场比较近，但是打车出租司机不打表，建议预约顺风车比较便宜。住这里主要是离出差目的地比较近，但是去长沙城区远。 酒店装修设施都很新，服务人员也很热情。早晨牛奶太少，两天早上去都已经没有了。其他都不错

位置很好，离机场很近，到长沙和星沙很方便，酒店员工介绍，六月会开通去长沙的公共交通。房间没有新酒店装修的味道，床上用品也比其他智选和假日舒服一些，早餐不错。

房间设施等符合对一般假日智选酒店的期望，房间干净整洁。需要改进的是早餐服务，如果早餐不是外包出去的话，希望工作人员穿酒店的员工制服。另外，早餐品种也请稍作整改，食品的保温也请注意。

酒店应该说是整个浏阳地区性价比最高的了，硬件设施很棒，特别是床品，沐浴设施，以及酒店的设计和装修，早餐品种也挺丰富的，而且还配备了进口的现磨咖啡机。更值得一提的是，虽然感觉服务人员很忙碌，但都非常热情，专业度很高。

酒店整体较新，设施较好，离机场不远，但是周边还较为荒凉，正在开发；服务规范，早餐在智选假日的水平上较好；总体上此次入住较为满意。
