This is the second time to stay at the James Joyce Coffetel(ChangSha Wanjiali Gaoqiaobei Metro Station) because of the location is very convenient and the service is brilliant especially Manager Liu Dang is professional and give a full credit for her work. I would recommend the hotel. Sincerely

The location of the hotel can't be complained, but the hotel is old and there is smell from the carpet. I would suggest that it needs some decoration to improve the quality if the hotel

The hotel itself is decent, other than the downscale location in which it is located. The problem lies with the staff, specifically the manager. Their website says one thing, but the staff say something totally different. Extremely disrespectful, uncompassionate, unprofessional and rude. Awful experience and a waste of time. Avoid if possible.

酒店本身还不错，除了地理位置有点低端。问题出在员工，特别是经理。他们的网站说的是一回事，但员工说的完全是另一回事。极其无礼、缺乏同情心、不专业、粗鲁。糟糕的体验，浪费时间。如果可能的话，尽量避免。
