Hotel view was a 10/10. Nice swimming pool and gym. 管家小范和小洁 have kept our room absolutely clean and neat, allow us to return to a comfortable room.

酒店的景色是10/10。漂亮的游泳池和健身房。 管家小范和小洁把我们的房间保持得绝对干净整洁，让我们回到一个舒适的房间。

The lobby is gorgeous. The water features are beautiful at night. The villas are nice & the toilet is almost as big as the bed room.Had an outdoor sitting area , but since it’s winter, I can’t enjoy the area.It was Winter Solace, 冬至 & I requested for dumplings which is not in the restaurant menu but presently surprised that the chef cooked many nice ones with peanut fillings plus it’s complimentary! I asked for 2 bowls!!

大堂很华丽。晚上的水景很漂亮。别墅很不错，厕所几乎和卧室一样大。有一个户外休息区，但因为是冬天，我不能享受这个区域。那是冬至，冬至，我要了饺子，但饺子不在里面餐厅的菜单，但目前令人惊讶的是，厨师用花生馅料烹制了许多美味的菜肴，而且是免费的！我要了2碗！！

Lovely resort with 5* service. Was genuinely impressed with the hospitality and impeccable service standards of the staff. Breakfast spread was really good and we truly enjoyed the breakfast despite not being fans of breakfast meals. Would definitely be our choice of stay if we do go back to Wuyishan again in the future.

可爱的度假村，提供五星级服务。工作人员的热情好客和无可挑剔的服务标准给我留下了深刻的印象。早餐真的很棒，尽管我们不喜欢早餐，但我们真的很享受早餐。如果我们以后再来武夷山，肯定会是我们的住宿选择。

Front desk staffs are mostly not well trained. I was told not to eat breakfast at the hotel and front desk recommended a local place(风谷婆媳 fenggu poxi) within 5 mins walking distance. If your own staff deemed the breakfast not worth the $$, i think it’s time to do something about it. And indeed the restaurant food is quite mediocre, so is the service. I was put in a room right beside the buggy pickup for the block, there was constant traffic and very noisy, but for two nights stay I couldn’t be bothered to change room after I opened up the luggage. Hotel location however is convenient.

前台工作人员大多没有受过良好培训。我被告知不要在酒店吃早餐，前台推荐了一个当地的地方（风谷婆媳凤谷坡西），步行5分钟即可到达。如果您自己的员工认为早餐不值得，我认为是时候采取措施了。确实，餐厅的食物很一般，服务也很一般。我被安排在该街区的越野车旁边的一个房间，交通不断，非常吵闹，但住了两晚，打开行李后我懒得换房间。不过酒店位置还算方便。

The service staff is very prompt and they made the stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff took extra care of my belongings and ensured the room was clean and even arranged the clothes very well. Special thanks to the staff at the reception and housekeeping staff (Xiao Fan and Xiao Jie).

服务人员非常及时，让我们住得很舒服。客房服务人员特别照顾我的物品，确保房间干净，甚至把衣服整理得很好。特别感谢前台工作人员和客房服务人员（小范和小杰）。

在携程上看到椿泊酒店，被照片吸引，就訂了。環境好的沒話說，服務品質也是一流。早餐很豐富，種類也多，服務員專業有禮，母親節當天，還送我們一人一朵康乃馨，好貼心！還要感謝接待我們的小段，體貼溫馨，知道我們離開的高鐵時間是下午三點，特別給予我們延持退房，真的是非常感謝！下回來武夷山，仍然會選擇椿泊！

We stayed at the Haloyon Villa during the Xmas period and it was an amazing stay. Service was impeccable and the breakfast spread was incredibly good. Location is pretty good too as a short walk out offers plenty of food options and it’s located within walking distance to the national park entrance. Would highly recommend the resort to those looking for a place to stay in Wuyishan.

圣诞节期间我们住在 Haloyon Villa，这是一次很棒的住宿。服务无可挑剔，早餐也非常好。位置也非常好，步行不远即可找到很多食物选择，而且步行即可到达国家公园入口。强烈推荐该度假村给那些正在武夷山寻找住宿地点的人。
