老牌子酒店，房間廁所有味，窗口有裂痕可能會漏水，前枱服務員有求必應很好，酒店很近市區方便購物

房間陣舊，部分電插蘇位無電，最起碼的usb插位都沒有，所以手機沒辦法冲電，電冰箱也沒有，鬚刨也欠奉，窗門開窗手柄已損壞不能開窗，差！

DO NOT STAY HERE! Extremely dissatisfying stay here. My earrings were stolen from my room here. I placed them in a tray by the sink and specifically pressed the “Do not Disturb” button so that the cleaners would not enter the room. When I came back, my bed was tidied but my earrings were gone. The way the managers handled the situation got me extremely mad and I was so dumbfounded. They gave me 2 reasons as to why the lady still went in and tidied the room despite the activation of the do not disturb button: 1st reason: The lady was a temporary cleaner so she was not used to reading the electronic button. (So..? This is a you problem, not a me problem) also, after the cleaner left my room, the manager would come in after 5-10 mins to check the tidiness of the room. So.. the manager should be the one who has briefed her about the electronic button and display? 2nd reason from another manager: one of my relatives said that they could clean my room.. (by the way this did not happen, none of my relatives said this… this reason itself just made me question the integrity of the hotel staffs there.. with their logic, they mean that if a random stranger says that they could clean my room, they could enter my room without me knowing too) The people at the receptionist weren’t that helpful as well. They kept on pushing the responsibility from one person to another. I can understand Chinese and their conversation went like this “oh she has come down from her room, have you dealt with her?” Another one says “oh no” and proceeds to do her own thing. I was initially asking them in a very calm tone but because they didn’t give me any proper response, I had to raise my voice just to get their attention. They finally allowed me to talk to a lady who gave me one of the 2 reasons above and asked me to pass her my WeChat. I just feel very frustrated because they were dishonest, unprofessional and their problem solving skills were extremely poor. I can never give this hotel a second chance. Also, the room I got had a very strong mould smell. So, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is a very very very bad hotel. The staffs are so bad and they STEAL! Do not stay at this hotel!

不要留在这里！ 住在这里极其不满意。我的耳环从我的房间里被偷了。我把它们放在水槽旁的托盘中，并特意按下了“请勿打扰”按钮，这样清洁工就不会进入房间。当我回来时，我的床已经收拾好了，但我的耳环不见了。 经理处理这种情况的方式让我非常生气，我也傻眼了。他们给了我两个理由来解释为什么尽管激活了请勿打扰按钮，那位女士仍然进去整理房间： 原因一：这位女士是临时清洁工，不习惯看电子按钮。 （所以..？这是你的问题，不是我的问题）另外，清洁工离开我的房间后，经理会在5-10分钟后进来检查房间的整洁情况。那么..经理应该是向她介绍了电子按钮和显示屏的人吗？ 另一位经理的第二个原因：我的一个亲戚说他们可以打扫我的房间..（顺便说一句，这并没有发生，我的亲戚都没有这么说……这个原因本身就让我质疑那里酒店工作人员的诚信。按照他们的逻辑，他们的意思是，如果一个随机的陌生人说他们可以打扫我的房间，他们就可以在我不知情的情况下进入我的房间）。 接待处的人也没有那么乐于助人。他们不断地将责任从一个人推给另一个人。我听得懂中文，他们的对话是这样的：“哦，她从她的房间下来，你处理过她吗？”另一个人说“哦，不”，然后继续做她自己的事情。我最初是用非常平静的语气问他们，但因为他们没有给我任何适当的回应，我不得不提高声音才能引起他们的注意。他们最终允许我和一位女士交谈，她给了我上述两个原因之一，并要求我把微信传给她。我只是感到非常沮丧，因为他们不诚实、不专业，而且解决问题的能力极差。 我永远不会再给这家酒店第二次机会。此外，我得到的房间有很浓的霉味。所以，如果我能给 0 颗星，我会的。这是一家非常非常非常糟糕的酒店。工作人员太糟糕了，他们偷东西！不要住这家酒店！

標示為四星級酒店，但環境非常殘舊，衛生環境差，需位置處於市中心比較方便，但酒店設備配套不能稱得上四星級，酒店連牙刷這基本的東西都沒有提供，因為本人連泊兩天咁不來，房間清潔實令人汗顏！

I am still not sure if this is also Wentou Oceanic Hotel which is the name our hotel is using but I must say that it is a great hotel. Spacious rooms and beds, a computer unit inside the room and a beautiful bathroom! If there is something I wish to improve, it's their breakfast buffet menu. I wish there would be even a little more international dishes rather than the staple chinese cuisine. I wish the staff would learn a little more English as well, but overall it was a great hotel!

我仍然不确定这是否也是我们酒店使用的名称文头海洋酒店，但我必须说这是一家很棒的酒店。宽敞的房间和床，房间内有一台电脑，还有一个漂亮的浴室！如果有什么我想改进的话，那就是他们的自助早餐菜单。我希望能有更多的国际菜肴而不是主食中国菜。我希望工作人员也能多学一点英语，但总的来说，这是一家很棒的酒店！

Im surprised that the room is so huge and spacious. Im regularly in Jinjiang and my first time in this hotel. Wont be the last.

我很惊讶房间如此巨大和宽敞。我经常来晋江，也是第一次入住这家酒店。不会是最后一个。

Even if the staff could not speak English, they are accommodating. The hotel has very spacious lobby, waiting area, sleeping rooms and very good restaurants.

即使工作人员不会说英语，他们也很热情。酒店拥有非常宽敞的大堂、等候区、卧室和非常好的餐厅。
