多棱温泉酒店

真的接受不了沒有空調，整間酒店都不開空調，晚上都還可以，中午天氣高達20多度，在房間被太陽曬着，非常焗和熱，多次要求開空調，酒店的回覆是領導不批准，只給我們房間提供一部風機，第一次住酒店是沒有空調的。

I m very disappointed with this so called “3 star hotel” with great facilities but WORST class service. I m staying in this terrible hotel on 5th floor tonight. Now is already 00:50, but I still can hear the sound of karaoke very clearly from around 23:30,even each lyrics they are singing on 3th floor. I have called the front desk, to ask for help. Is it possible to let them reduce the noise as it is a very late night time . However they just straightly reply me: IMPOSSIBLE. I CAN’T HELP. I reply with : but now is nearly 01:00. And I need to wake up at 06:00 tomorrow. They reply me again : They are nearly off duty so CAN’T HANDLE IT. Finally, the noise which louder much more than I call for help before. 40mins passed , 01:30 the noise keep strong enough. Well. They just ignore my message same as their reply, ignore the first visited clients. Maybe they have pick the right choice. Cause I believed that I WONT visit this BAD service hotel in the future or anymore in my life. And Will absolutely to share this horrible experience to my friends please welcome to visit if you want to sleep at 03:00 but wake up at early morning.

房間有點小，而且靠近高铁，晚上會吵。大堂挺华丽的，但房間很一般，性价比不高。去附近的龙海大酒店，價格差不多，但档次高太多了
