If the front desk team can be all removed and replaced, then I would definitely come back again. This hotel is new, and the concierge and the housekeeping teams are some of the best I have ever seen. Really friendly and helpful. But the front desk seemed like zombies and really rigid when it comes to fulfilling my needs and experiences.

该酒店严格实行钻石会员的权益三选一，这次入住，酒店的所有软饮包括可乐雪碧在内全都断货了，行政酒廊和早餐的餐食也很一般，唯一幸运的是，房间里有无线充电器，床很舒服，算是一个不大不小的亮点吧。希望以后酒店能有更多优化和改进。

優點： 1. 設備和房間較新，河景視野佳。 2. 餐食選擇多樣化。 缺點： 1. 婚宴樓層音量太大，角間隔音差。 2. 並無依照優悅會要求提供服務： a. 並未在入住登記時主動問候優悅會會員。 b. 俱樂部房型沒有提供午茶時段，亦無提出補償。 c. 房內無提供迎賓水果。

總體是好的，只是浴室水壓不足和溫度不夠，抽氣輕微不足。員工應該多點提示客人帶好口罩。

很不一样的酒店，典雅和时尚并存！周边全是比较便利！闲暇之余在床边看看江景或是去两边逛逛，或去大堂吧喝杯咖啡，都是很不错的选择
