The check-in progress was very long and a pain. The paperwork was not located and the reception desk had to use a phone translator. There is no WiFi in the reception area and the room WiFi isn't the best. I have to try different room WiFi to have any chance for it to work at times.

Staff||Very helpful staff and always go beyond their way to assist you, even though their command of English is limited. When my wallet got stolen in the city, the hotel staff went out of their way to help call police and write a police report in Chinese for me. Special mention to the marketing staff for their excellent command of English and Chinese, and for helping all the way!||||There was once when I need help in finding some hardware store, and the staff called the hotel engineer to assist me and my friend. They pointed us to the right area to search and instruct a private car to help us in our search. Very grateful for this.||||Food||Breakfast is generally Chinese style with lots of Chinese pastry (fried and steamed), and Chinese dishes. They do serve bacon or sausage from time to time, with decent selection of fruits and yoghurt. ||||Room||Room is good for a 4*star hotel, although the carpet is badly stained - perhaps as it is a smoking room and people drop cigarette butts around. Bathroom and amenities are good. The bed itself is hard, but I understand that this is the case with all Chinese hotels so perfectly understandable.||||Spa||The hotel has its own spa that is reasonably priced. If I'm not wrong, guests can enjoy an 18% discount on spa services. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to try this.||||Transport||Hotel staff always willing to help call a taxi for our transport, and help us communicate with driver. There are a few non official drivers around as well, which are super helpful and accompany us on a 2 hour drive around the city to find the correct hardware store that sells what we need to purchase. Excellent service.

大厅跟普通的酒店差不多，进去的时候有服务员拿行李，交通还行，附近没有什么好玩的，就是娱乐比较多。房间的装饰比较普通，还不如七天，就是服务比较好，整体风格比较稳重，比较暗，有黄色的和古典的。房间的舒适度还行，没有电脑有电视，有网线可以上网，网速很慢。卫生比较不错，如果需要更换东西的话就把它放在回收栏就行。早餐不怎么好吃，就是牛奶和热狗，十点半之前是免费的。

Staff are friendly and helpful though English is limited (that's in most places in China).||Spa & massage is great to relax & recover after business, shopping or sore legs & body from sight seeing. Staying at the hotel you automatically get 15% discount for these services plus you get free food & drinks (non-alcoholic) after. I found staff member #36 the most skilful in massage. ||I wish they could offer non-smoking rooms (but I'm not sure if it is possible). ||Carpet was stained in my room 1211... well I wonder how it got to that.||The breakfast range was good and yes it is Chinese, I wonder what's it like travelling in US, UK, Europe or Aust? The best breakfast I've ever had in all my travels would have to be at the Blossom Hotel, out of Hangzhou City. The range and quality was simply amazing. Sorry Ruixin, but your Spa/Massage with free food is tremendous plus I received a bonus voucher for a 1 hr leg and feet massage to entice me back ! Don't worry, I'll be back.

性价比还行，挺高的。也没有什么，就是那样，服务还行。房间的布置卫生还可以，整体的舒适度还可以。房间设施该有的都有。是四星级的，房间空间还有采光都可以的。地理位置挺方便的，就是车子不好停，车位就两三百个。周围配套设施都还方便，有KTV、酒吧。酒店餐饮蛮好的。

它比较新嘛，刚建的，各方面设施都比较新，住房呀餐饮啦还有装修都很好，都比较新一点，感觉住着也是舒服一点的，装修趋于简欧的吧，大堂就偏中式的吧。房间要大一些的，也不错的，大概有十几二十平的吧。他离着火车站比较远，火车站属于这边的偏远郊区了，离着商场超市也就五六百米吧。餐饮毕竟是星级的嘛，都很好，自助餐做得很不错，菜系也比较传统，都很地道，像粤菜闽菜湖南菜呀都很不错的。

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the English is limited (but I am in China LOL).We go though the translator app but no problem. The WiFi is hit and miss at times.There's no laundry facilities.

工作人员很友好，乐于助人，英语水平有限（但我在中国，哈哈）。我们使用翻译应用程序，但没问题。无线网络有时断时续。没有洗衣设施。
