服务亲切到位 房间宽大 环境舒適 面對園景 鳥語花香 ，親子遊玩項目多 電玩 桌球 撞球 攀岩 手作等---離濕地公園不遠 . 缺點 房间隔音較差 浴室掛吊少 腳踏車租赁费用高 早餐8点多人多，多数菜品已剩不多出菜较慢， 但服务人员收拾快速，协助客人找寻空位.

I spent almost a week at this hotel overlooking Lake Taihu during a conference in Suzhou.||The hotel is very newly completed, with excellent facilities. The room was luxurious, the bathroom exceptional, and the service excellent. All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, and what some lacked in English language communication, they compensated with enthusiasm to assist, going out of their way to address any query or need for assistance I had.||||Breakfast was a buffet, included in the room rate, and was very good. It included both Chinese dishes as well as western ones, with a very good selection of fresh fruit. Excellent pastry chef.||||The pool area is beautifully landscaped in a style consistent with the famous Suzhou classical Chinese gardens.||||The only disadvantage to me was the distance of the hotel from Suzhou city center and the sites to visit there. The journey is about 30 minutes by taxi. However there was never a problem getting the hotel to arrange for a taxi to town (sometime no "meter" taxis were available at the hotel, so they arranged for a car. It is useful to remember to discuss the price for this and get it reduced a bit). No problems getting a "meter" taxi from the city center back to the hotel, even quite late at night (10:30 pm). Just remember to have with you the name, address and hotel contacts in Chinese. ||The hotel would be perfect if one is traveling with a car and driver/guide arranged for. ||||The surrounding location is peaceful, quiet and very green. One could walk/cycle along the shore of lake Taihu, just across the street from the hotel (my room was overlooking the pool and the lake). The road between the hotel and the lake shore was never busy. ||||The hotel became busier on the weekend with Chinese families (mostly from Shanghai I was told) who come and spend the weekend there.||||All in all, an EXCELLENT experience.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights here with friends. This is a vast resort hotel that conveys no real sense of being in China. Bedroom was super and restaurant was very good. Lower area below lobby floor had some of the slowest bar service ever but the Karaoke bar was really good. Staff there were super and had no problems with our large group.

This hotel is beautiful but for a foreigner a bit of a challenge - little or no English, the buffet breakfast is wonderful but it is closed in the evening out of season leaving only a Chinese restaurant. There is a tea room in the foyer but the only bar is KTV one where you have to buy a full bottle of spirit, wine or 6 pack of beer and be assailed by loud music - has many entertainments for children and a gym which sadly doesn't open until 7:30. In all challenging but comfortable and tried hard given it's location

We had a lovely time staying here. The room facilities were great, especially the bath. The hotel is quite close to some interesting areas, however bikes or taxis are needed to get around. The selection of bikes was okay. Nothing special.

A very good hotel for families. Lots and lots of amenities and activities to keep children busy. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of offerings. Efficient and friendly staff helped to made our stay a very pleasant experience.

非常适合家庭入住的酒店。很多很多的设施和活动让孩子们忙碌起来。早餐非常好，提供多种选择。高效而友好的工作人员让我们的住宿体验非常愉快。

酒店景色很美，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，就是現在入住酒店手續有點複雜，因為疫情導致也能理解，還好入住之前酒店管家聯係我們告知響應防疫政策，感謝管家，下次來太湖邊遊玩還會入住該酒店

该酒店位于苏州城南太湖畔，风景优美，交通便利。|酒店较新，装修不错，有亲子特色，工作人员服务意识较强。|缺点是酒店太大，人气不足。
