This is one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Language barriers were not an issue, as the staff always made sure you had what you needed. No kidding, they go above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. My room in particular was very cold, but luckily i had access to the thermostat. The hotel is generous with room amenities as well. The food was also top notch. There's a mix of local cuisine with more common food as well. The kitchen. Including Asarafaii and Alvin were a delight. Chef Mudassir surprised me by prepared special Indian dishes that were not in the menu. These were some of the best meals I've had here and I wish there were added Indian cuisines to the meals served. Overall an amazing experience.

Room temperature crazy hot, couldn’t breathe well during night time while sleeping. Management wouldn’t bother to take action or take care concerns. Breakfast really poor for 5 start rating . This hotel rating worse than 3 star morning breakfast .
