fantastic stay in this hotel. A little out of the centre but definitely worth staying here. We were so well looked after. Starting with meeting Jeffrey who was amazing. Rooms were very spacious with loads of room. Not interconnecting but doors right next to each other. large beds allowing out 3 children 14,13 and 10 to sleep together. Nice and cool. Seperate ac for large bathroom (seperate bath and shower) which when left off allowed us to dry some clothes. Amazing breakfast and superb 51st floor dining restaurant which was very reasonably priced when we visited - they have a western section as well as a xi'an bbq section - we preferred the BBQ section. Fantastic staff - alot spoke fantastic english. exceptional concierge arranging trip to Hua Mountain - you need at least 11 hours!. 10-15 minute walk from metro station.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel is a little dated but remains elegant. My children enjoyed the pool but it is too deep for young children who are still learning to swim. The gym changing rooms had a jacuzzi and sauna which I enjoyed but they should be more frequently cleaned. On arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room which was very kind of the hotel. The bathroom was especially grand with an electric toilet, great shower and seperate bathtub. The breakfast had plenty of options for both Western and Asian food. In terms of the location, it is a walk to the subway station or a short bicycle ride.

我们在皇冠假日酒店度过了愉快的时光。酒店有点过时，但仍然优雅。我的孩子们很喜欢这个游泳池，但对于仍在学习游泳的小孩子来说太深了。健身房更衣室有一个按摩浴缸和桑拿浴室，我很喜欢，但应该更频繁地清洁。抵达后，我们被升级到了一间更大的房间，这家酒店非常友善。浴室特别宽敞，有电动马桶、很棒的淋浴和独立的浴缸。早餐有很多西式和亚洲食物可供选择。就位置而言，步行或骑自行车很快即可到达地铁站。

Hard to find fault. The service was friendly and competent, rooms were beautiful. The hotel is lovely and is the tallest building in town. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, but also the Shaanxi noodles (though you’ll find them cheap and authentic at plenty of places nearby). The subway is a bit of a walk; closest is Tiyuchang (体育场） about ten minutes to the east, past the stadium. The area, with the stadium and sports parks, as well as the small Wild Goose Pavilion, nearby is very nice.

很难找出错误。服务很友好，也很称职，房间很漂亮。这家酒店很漂亮，是镇上最高的建筑。食物很棒，尤其是早餐，还有陕西面条（尽管你会在附近很多地方发现它们既便宜又正宗）。 地铁需要步行一段时间；最近的是体育场，向东大约十分钟，过了体育场。这个地区，有体育场和体育公园，还有小雁亭，附近很漂亮。

这次是2024年第一次和家人来西安玩，原计划选择了两家酒店，最后入住了西安皇冠酒店，皇冠假日酒店楼比较高，视野较好，这次入住酒店给我和家人留下很好的体验，地理位置离周边旅游景点，及公交地铁交通方便，酒店团队人员服务很赞，：特别是维修部赵毅师傅，当他遇见我们时，面带笑容向我们打招呼，我家人就顺便问了他，周边有哪些推荐可以去的景点，他非常热情并很细心的给推荐了几个地方，我们一家人玩了一天，还吃了当地好多小吃，一家人很开心，下次来西安还会入住皇冠假日酒店！

酒店設施比較新，房間也比較寬躺，去附近景點也方便，去那我住的是套房，性價比挺高，這是我每次去西安都入住的酒店，

都很好，除了酒店位置離景點稍遠一點外，不過也就幾公里到城牆或是大雁塔，打車移動還是很方便的，另外因為高樓層房間，可以看西安景觀

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly with superb service. The daily breakfast buffet at the Zhuque Cafe was amazing with a nice selection of choices. We also enjoyed having light evening dinner at the Lounge on 46th floor! Location wise the hotel is 4.5km away from Datang Everbright City and ~4km from the city wall. The 360° views of the city from the B&G Bar on 51st and 52nd floors are amazing. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience while we stayed in Xi’an.

酒店设计宏偉、50楼观光电梯包覧全城美境、有烤Bar、有西歺分别51及52楼、2楼中菜、1楼海鲜自助歺、5楼健身室、泳池、SPA。确实是皇冠品牌保证、而房间也是一应俱全、有衣帽間、超大空间浴室有浴盆、洗手台、淋浴間、坐厕間、我住較高層38风境超美就窗門比较小、冰箱有饮料增送、枕头可提供薰衣草、木炭、决明子等等不同种类。前台服务态度專业、尽量減少排隊等候問题主动協助、礼賓部笑容满分、我遺留物件房间、礼賓员趙姓姑娘立即致电通知取回、没有引起不便、此反应及主动、和礼物笑容的態度值得表扬。地处附近步行15分钟到賽格商場、25分鐘到陝西博物館、性价比超高酒店值得推荐👍
