Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Anshun

At first we expected a very nice hotel but it seems 2 hotels have now been combined. That is the Ramada and auwi hotel have been combined so don’t be surprised when u reach there like we were. Location is a bit far from downtown so one needs a car to be comfortable. Rooms are massive and very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. For the price we paid it was worth the room itself in terms of size and comfort but sadly after the first night we had issues with the air conditioning! It was not cooling at all and we noticed that many if not all the rooms had some problems or the other. First day when we checked it we noticed no bath tub in the room although the booking said bathtub so they changed our room. After we had problems with the air condition they wanted to change our room again but we noticed that room too had air conditioner problems so we stayed put. Lots of electrical and maintenance issues in this hotel which needs to be addressed. Staff seem too laid back. Although some of them try their best but sadly not enough. We were given 2 portable air conditioners for our room but I can only imagine what other customers were going through. Overall good comfortable rooms but amenities of the hotel need update and renovation and better service for sure.

起初我们期待一家非常好的酒店，但现在似乎有两家酒店合并了。那是华美达酒店和奥维酒店合并在一起的，所以当你像我们一样到达那里时不要感到惊讶。位置离市中心有点远，所以需要一辆车才舒服。房间很大，非常适合 2 位成人和 2 位儿童入住。对于我们支付的价格来说，房间本身的大小和舒适度是值得的，但遗憾的是第一晚之后我们的空调出现了问题！根本不制冷，我们注意到很多（如果不是全部）房间都有一些问题或其他问题。第一天，当我们检查时，我们注意到房间里没有浴缸，尽管预订时说有浴缸，所以他们给我们换了房间。在我们遇到空调问题后，他们想再次更换我们的房间，但我们注意到房间也有空调问题，所以我们留在原处。这家酒店有很多电气和维护问题需要解决。工作人员似乎太悠闲了。尽管他们中的一些人尽了最大努力，但遗憾的是还不够。我们的房间配备了两台便携式空调，但我只能想象其他顾客的经历。总的来说，房间很舒适，但酒店的设施需要更新和翻新，而且服务肯定需要更好。

酒店服務态度很好，房間宽敞整洁，早歺丰富品种多，停車方便有地下停车场，费用也非常实惠亲民。

Room was comfortable as mentioned in my previous review and even though we stayed an extra night only because we wanted to do and see more in the area this hotel needs major upgrade and maintenance.

酒店位置偏僻，打車到市區吃飯差不多接近10公里，還不好打車，叫網約車都比較難，司機不接單，酒店客人不多。
