all i can say is they did their best. I 'm not sure if they had any foreign visitors before because it took them two separate times to try to check us in. In total that took about forty minutes. The lounge and whole hotel was clean and modernized but it was a little smoky and the smell of smoke in the hotel was apparent. The staff were friendly enough, but inefficient and, again, we must have been the first foreign visitors here, otherwise why did it take so long to organize the passport data. The first issue was that their camera wasn't working, then later a senior manager got things finished. At least it was modern and comfy.

我只能说他们尽力了。我不确定他们之前是否有外国游客，因为他们花了两次时间来尝试为我们办理入住。总共花了大约四十分钟。休息室和整个酒店干净、现代化，但有点烟味，酒店里的烟味很明显。工作人员足够友好，但效率低下，再说一次，我们一定是这里的第一批外国游客，否则为什么要花这么长时间来整理护照数据。第一个问题是他们的相机坏了，后来一位高级经理解决了问题。至少它是现代且舒适的。
