The facilities and view were excellent. Breakfast buffet selection was also very impressive, although dinner in the Riverside Cafe was less so - for the price. There are few options in the vicinity. A fantastic lobby. Please check magnetic *****s for operating Elevator 2.A good location by the river, but maybe a bit far from the rail station.

This is second time to visit this hotel, mainly for the fact that it is one of the few better hotels in Benxi and the only one with a swimming pool. The pool is not big, but enough to swim a few laps up and down. The adjacent gym is available, but unfortunately, according to hotel policies guests can only use the gym or gym+pool at the same time and not at different times like early morning and late afternoon or evenings. So the gym is pretty much abandoned, nobody uses it.The changing room is cramp and not very clean. Hot water from the showers is acceptable. Perhaps the two ladies and guy at the counter can do more to maintain the changing rooms rather than sit down all day playing with their phones. The guy waiting at the pool area acting as "lifeguard" for a 1.3-1.5m deep pool is not necessary at all. The room we booked was fine. Warm, spacious and clean. The interior is clearly showing its age and we saw scratches on the bathroom door from years of sliding in and out. It would be nice to have power outlets on both sides of the bed for personal phones and tablets.The bathroom was surprisingly cramp, however the shower provided ample space.The restaurants and shops inside all looked closed inside the hotel so we visited a small shopping mall next door for food and groceries.For Benxi, it will be hard to find anything better because there aren't many options out there. This is why we'll probably come back again.

We stayed here as part of a works outing to Benxi and had been assured the accomodation was going to be nice and they certainly didn;t lie to us.||||Yes, there is a difference between 5-Star in China and in the UK, but this still stood out as one of the nicer hotels I've visited in China.||||The entrance foyer was spacious and inviting, very open in nature and lacking the gaudiness of a lot of it's contemporaries. Many of the amenities were immediately obvious from here, the restaurant, the bar, the Karaoke and small retail spots selling art and crafts, drinks and other Chinese goods.||||Once we had our keycards we headed up to our rooms and these continued the theme of decent quality. ||||The twin rooms were spacious and well thought out, with good wifi, more than adequate access to power and data sockets and all the usual sundries. I was a little surprised not to see additional "priced" goods in the room, so common in other hotels, but the usual array of free bath gels, shampoos, toothbrush, slippers etc.||||And yes, the inclusion of Bath Gel wasn't a slip of the keyboard, for the first time in years we had checked into a hotel that included not just a shower (and a very nice one at that), but also a bath. Sure, slightly smaller than I'm used to, but still an approeciated addition.||||It's worth noting that some of teh rooms lack the bath, opting for additional wardrobes instead, so if you want the bath, I'd be sure to ask.||||The bathroom looks out over the rest of the room through an almost full-length window, thankfully with a blind if you really don't want to see what goes on in the "smallest room".||||The TV was a reasonably big, flat-screen affair with a good selection of channels, including a good few English-language channels alongside the usual spread of Chinese stations.||||The beds were comfortable, with a selection of pillows either "firm" or "soft" for your enjoyment, a nice touch.||||After a good night's sleep, we went for breakfast which was a decent international spread, including the usual spread of Chinese breakfast standards, alongside toast and breads, cereals, yogurts, bacon, beans, sausage and eggs, with only the sausages not really being what I'd associate with such a breakfast. having had a bit of a mix and match breakfast from the different styles, I was well filled and not disappointed.||||And so ended our stay in a very pleasant hotel. Sure, it had a couple of the rough edges I've come to associate with Chinese hotels (not quite the artisan finish to some of the fittings you might expect), but nothing was an absolute deal breaker. ||||Certainly a place worth staying and a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel and heard it is the nicest in Benxi. Rooms were mostly smoking rooms so tough to find one that is non smoking so please make sure you book non - smoking room ahead of time and ensure that it is. Manager explained it was tough to control the smoking of guests in the non-smoking room. Windows are locked and need a key from manager to open windows so they will come to your room. Bathrooms were nice with walk-in tiled shower. Hotel extras in the room all had a price tag and the costs were displayed, the hotel bar all had prices tags on them as well the any other amenities such as slippers had the price on them. Ask for a room to view the river which is nice. Restaurant in Hotel is real nice as well there is massage in the Hotel as well.

都是很不错，酒店规模比较大。住到这里既舒适又满意，房间里面装饰风格属于休闲舒适型的，装饰颜色也都可以接受，大多以白颜色为主，看上去是比较干净的。工作人员服务的也很到位。这个位置也好方便自己开车，交通很方便，不会有塞车的现象出现，停车位也是免费的。位子距离市中心比较近，这个入住价格也可以接受。

A really good hotel. Modern, spacious, clean. Very helpful staff who tried to speak English , even if it was not great they had a go. There were always one or two decent English speakers on hand, so getting by was no problem. Decent gym and large swimming pool. Very good restaurants- both Chinese and western food. Breakfast catered for all tastes, from truly Chinese to ferias and toast. We saw a Chinese wedding, which was a treat. The only downside was the distance from the centre of the city. A 15 minute walk takes you to shops and restaurants. Worth the stay.|

My company had me staying here for months. Very pleasant staff who were always willing to help. The corner rooms are more spacious and much brighter. Good breakfast buffet. There is a big swimming pool but the locker room is way too small. Their fitness room needs updates.

在这家酒店享受一些设施还行，毕竟是五星级的酒店，如果享受服务的话就很不好，他们的服务态度不好，有次老板叫我去酒店订房间开会，他们的态度很不好，说话很生硬，而且还把价格提的很高，一点亲切感都没有，最后我就没订。地理位置也不是很好，挺偏僻的，在周围购物不方便，不好打车，但是距离公交车还是蛮近的。酒店周围挺安静的，差不多都是居民区，而且房间挺大的，还是咖啡色的，我比较喜欢这颜色的。还有就是价格便宜，我很满意。
