宜必思酒店

I was turned away from several other cheaper places before hedging my bet with this one. The front desk was okay. A girl on duty at night, Agatha spoke good English. The rest spoke poor English but enough to fix a problem if needed. I had to put a deposit down to get the room. The room and bathroom were small but not bad. The bed was hard (pretty standard) but overall the room was clean. They give complimentary bottled water but no iron or small wash towels. I had a coffee maker but there were no coffee packets which is kind of weird. The breakfast buffet was srange too. I knew they would not have western dishes but I was not expecting dinner items like fish, kung-pao chicken, rice, noodles. etc. But, being lazy, I didn't want to walk to eat so I indulged to the tune of 22 Yuan a day. Overall it's an okay place to stay. The location is good which I love. Also, there were no hassles or issues during checkout which was good.

I stayed for one night. Hotel is in the city center, and provides parking lot in front of the entrance, if you are lucky. Receptionist couldn't say a word of English, and lobby had a huge leaked water stain at the entrance, with wall poster torn down, very ugly sight. Ordinary coffee costs 20rmb. As soon as we entered elevator, I knew the rooms aren't going to be anything special. Rooms are small, and with somewhat comfortable bed. Bathroom is very small, but hot water was very nice without interruptions. TV is maybe 17 inch big, there is kettle too, and one power outlet only, and not even by the bed. Bed tables are not equipped. Half liter bottles are provided, but if you want more, you should pay. Window was big and nice, but with very limited movement, and if you dont use something to block it, it will close itself. Wardrobe space was fine. Table is like a counter with one chair. ||Overall sense i that the hotel is in for some repairing, being that walls are started deteriorating. I was surprised because there are so many simple things that can be fixed in minutes, but seems that hotel lacks staff or care to maintain its facilities.||Anyway very low level experience, no breakfast, and elevator was weird, you had to press button if you want out, or it will take you for a ride,

We got dropped off here by a local as it was close to his apartment- it was an unexpected stay. ||AC didn't work, room smelt of cigarette smoke. Smoke detector was stuffed with toilet paper!! Bed was really hard, pillows were really thin- we used towels and clothes to try and be more comfortable. It had the only toilet we've ever seen with a 'stop' button to stop it flushing!||Staff were friendly, even though no English spoken. The cook at breakfast gave us fried eggs and sausages, plus cutlery, which was a lovely gesture. ||Position was good, as we walked about 5 minutes to a metro.||There are other places that are cheap but probably better. But- definitely no rude staff.

这家宜必思酒店位于沈阳市中心，位置非常的不错，服务业热情，这个季节在沈阳很寒冷，一进房间就非常的暖和。房间的布置也很不错，很温馨。可能是楼层高的缘故，卫生间淋浴的出水量比较小，希望增加压力设备，让我们更好的享受淋浴。房间里面的杯子都是纸杯子，建议更换，这样也可以加强环保。酒店的大厅里面有wifi，但是在房间里面没有wifi，上网感觉不方便，希望改进。另外，我是使用雅高的帐号预订和入住，但是不能累积，很遗憾。

I thought Ibis have quite a reasonably good branding until I came to Shenyang. Besides the small space for the room and toilet, the house keeping service and breakfast selection were basic and nothing to rave about - that's why the title minimalist. I think it's alright if budget is tight and what is required is just a bed to sleep on and wash up area. ||The only plus point perhaps is it is close to Tai Yuan street which is one of the main shopping street in Shenyang. The nearest train station is also at Taiyuan street. ||House keeping is just giving each room 2 bottles of mineral water and towels. The breakfast fare is several cold local starters and the warm food is fried rice and 2 or 3 dishes. More suited for local taste. Do note that this hotel is sharing it's building with many small companies. Meaning the hotel room is at some levels whereas other levels are office spaces.

在我来沉阳之前，我一直认为宜必思酒店的品牌相当不错。除了房间和卫生间空间狭小之外，家政服务和早餐选择都很基本，没有什么值得称赞的——这就是为什么标题是极简主义的。我觉得如果预算紧张，只需要一张睡觉和洗漱的床就可以了。 ||唯一的优点可能是它靠近沉阳主要购物街之一的太原街。最近的火车站也在太原街。 ||客房服务只是给每个房间2瓶矿泉水和毛巾。早餐是几道当地的冷盘，热食是炒饭和两三道菜。更适合当地人的口味。请注意，这家酒店与许多小公司共用大楼。这意味着某些楼层是酒店房间，而其他楼层是办公空间。

My stay at this particular Ibis was pleasant and well worth the price. Rooms were everything you would expect from an Ibis...if you are familiar with this type of budget European style hotel you will feel comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with cereals, breads, juices, and various fruits and yogurt. Location was not too far from the train station or main shopping street (Zhong Jie). All in all it was everything I expected, I always choose Ibis when available!

I've travelled China for 6 years with work, from time to time we stay at an IBIS for location convenience. If its pleasure, your on a budget and a short stay go for it, if its business for a few nights avoid this one if you can, if you do stay here definately ask for a room at the back, don't get a room on the main strip the noise from cars is on an epic scale, its the car alarm and honking capital of Shenyang. We moved to the opposite side with no hassle and helpful staff but the rear block is under, or about to go under major construction. One night at 12:12 am bulldozers and trucks rocked up, yep 12:12am for two hrs working. I think works will go on here for the next yr or so. If you need to iron shirts here you can get an iron from them with a deposit, but no ironing board. It was clean. Wifi was good. There are places in Shenyang for the same price or a little higher that are much better, do that.

I thought the hotel staff, because they could not speak English is a hotel for Westerners to avoid like the plaque. The room was dirty and the cleaning of it was not good at all. The carpets outside the room were well overdue for cleaning and I would say they have never been done since it was opened. Walking into the foyer the smell of fish from the restaurant which is close to the foyer and smell from the toilet was disgusting. 4 star hotel is a joke, more like 2 star.

我以为酒店的工作人员，因为他们不会说英语，所以酒店的牌匾是西方人要避免的。房间很脏而且打扫的也不是很好。房间外面的地毯早就该打扫了，我想说自从它打开以来就从来没有打扫过。走进门厅，靠近门厅的餐厅传来的鱼味和厕所的味道令人作呕。四星级酒店就是个笑话，更像是二星级酒店。
