Apart from the aircon in the room and some floor hallway wern't cool. It's extremely recommended to stay here. |Location is very convenient, being linked to high-end mall, metro station is just a step away. |Very easy to travel around the city.|Though some staff wasn't fluent at English but they are all willing to help. Special thanks to these3|Knolan,Christine and Kathy. |Especially Knolan, he can remember my name and room number only at first time he assisted me. Amazingly address me by my name everytime.

Excellent location and was given a room with not only a great view, but complimentary breakfast. I have stayed at various hotels and of all of them, this has been the most seamless check-in, and welcoming. Shenyang is one of my favorite cities in China, and by all indications, this trip will go to solidify that notion...

Shenyang Grand Hyatt is the best! It connects with Mix City shopping mall, we can enter the mall inside the building! The location is great, easy to get a taxi and near subway station. The service of the front desk and entrance are excellent

excellent front desk service, very convenient location, large and well equipped room, and nice pool. breakfast is absolutely fantastic! would highly recommend! the restaurant Xin Feng Tian serves very impressive northern Chinese cuisine.

We booked our wedding here as well as 2 nights of wedding suite, and booked many rooms for our friends. Focusing on the hotel side, the overall experience is fabulous, especially compared to most of our experience in US.||location - One of the best location in Shenyang next to a high end shopping mall. Parking can be difficult on weekends but that's same for any poplular place.||service - Both wedding event staffs and hotel staffs are very responsive and helpful. They satisfy all our needs like water and equipments and else, very quickly.||breakfast - great, both for variety and for the taste.||value - It's great value if compared to a US hotel.||room - The room is not in the very modern style, but still clean and have most stuff working. 2 issue we noticed for our wedding suite: cold in our bedroom since there're too many windows, but glad they proactively sent a heater. The room lose power on our 2nd night, but they sent a person to quickly fix it.||I'd love to stay here again in the future and recommend it to my friends when they visit Shenyang.

This is a great hotel with a good location (5 mins walk to metro station), and connected/next to a few malls (one very fancy, the others with good restaurant options). Elite treatment is very good at this hotel and i very much enjoyed my stay.

Love this hotel! All the facilities are quite up to date. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Especially Tracey has been helping me printing a lot of documents and take care of the errands. Thank you!

Truly and deeply grateful for Sibyl, Ashley and Tracy at Hyatt for going above and beyond, they anticipated our needs and did an amazing job making us feel like home away from home, the staff is friendly and kind and made our stay feel really special, were grateful and love Hyatt
