The Westin Shenyang

Great location. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi and subway. 77 metres to nearest subway exit on Line 2, which also services the airport. On check I received a nice two room suite on the 26th floor. Westin Lounge staff members are very attentive and helpful. Stella and Jason provide stellar service, even anticipating my drink desires. They make my stays at this hotel exceptionally great. ||My room was very nice and great amenities.

The Shenyang Westin surpassed highest expectations. I rented one of their residence apartments for a two week business trip, and it was perfect. Having a kitchen was so helpful.||The service was perfect. From checking with Kobe, who was amazing and really went out of his way to ensure my comfort, to Rose in housekeeping who did an incredibly thorough cleaning with a smile on her face the whole time.||The front desk took care of any deliveries (groceries, etc.) swiftly.||I will stay here for all my future trips.||Thank you, Westin!

I enjoyed everything about my stay. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, comfortable bedding, good amenities, an excellent main restaurant, and a very good executive lounge with pleasant staff. The location is fantastic, within a few minutes' walking distance to the nearest subway station and Shenyang's most exceptional luxury mall. Many of the main attractions are nearby, and the opera house is a 4-minute cab ride away.

Great location - right in the centre of the city and a short walk to the subway station. Friendly staff, but the building is a little bit old. It was a lovely stay overall. I would recommend this place.

The hotel is older, BUT I will come back whenever I'm back in town simply because how awesome of a team you have!||On my second day here during breakfast, I encountered some slight issues with the service. Restaurant manager Hewen (庄贺文) apologized profusely, listened to my concerns, spoke candidly, and jumped into action. We observed dinner service that same day and saw MASSIVE improvements - most if not all of the previous imperfections were corrected, and the team did an amazing job managing the restaurant. Hewen and myswelf maintained connection throughout my stay, and during her time off, the other manager Jessica and her team kept it up very well and took good care of everyone. ||Stella and Jason at the lounge were both absolutely amazing as well. Jason was greeting us like an old friends every time we entered the lounge, and his service was impeccable - his personable approach and bubbly but also down-to-earth personality amazed us during our every single lounge visit, and his attention to detail never left us with empty wine glasses. Stella was wonderful as well in her own way, and her signature cocktail “Stella Special” was delightful - we had two each and would have asked for more if we weren't loaded already. With them and the team taking care of us, we made sure that we made time every day to spend a couple quality hours at the lounge.||Having stayed at almost all international upscale hotels in Shenyang, I have to say that even though there were newer hotels out there with fancier pools, grander lobbies or floor-to-ceiling windows, nothing beats a team of energetic and caring people, and that's exactly what you have at the Westin. I will not even contemplate staying elsewhere next time I'm in town - there are simply no competition when it comes to soft products.

It is a great hotel. Clean, the suite is very spacious. The location is great as well. The breakfast is nice, can have international one too. The staff are kind and there is a safe in the room. Tea maker, coffee machine, everything you need. Will come back!

Great hotel and best service ever had in this city. Breakfast choices are just too many, front desk agent Arthur is professional and handle things smoothly.
