This is excellent hotel experience! Price included 2 tickets to Hot Springs and perfect breakfast! All are 5*. Just have some moments: 1)first of all, it is far from city center (it takes 1 hour by taxi to get there); 2) mostly you need pay by weixin (no cash, especially for food at Hot Spring food-court); 3) at the room is very very hot, even condition can’t help you; 4) told that hot spring works till 12.00 PM, but actually till 10.00 PM

Hot springs & hotel, both beautiful. I recommend the scrubbing and massaging right after scrubbing. I do not recommend the massage in the 5th floor. (It’s a bit shady). During the week great deals for overnight stay, including entry to the hot springs in the evening, breakfast next morning and all day entry to hot springs again until 6pm.

This is the best hotel I stay in Shenyang. The room is clean and big with outdoor hot spring. At first I thought I only have 1 day resort ticket. Surprisingly, I was told everyday I stay at the hotel, I am free to go to the resort to relax and enjoy myself. The breakfast is very good and with wide spread. Only negative point is that it is far from my room. Will be back again.

Saw their ads on meituan. Personally I'm a tourist. For the price it's slightly pricey. However my room is equipped with an outdoor bath. Which is really cool. Got 2 tickets for the hot spring. Which was cool as well, a lot of the things you saw online are close, like the outdoor pool. Which is a little sad. However some onsen and indoor pools are still available. Things inside are pricey. From food to drinks however this is a resort. So it's fine. Huge place with nice amenities. Breakfast is my favourite part of the stay.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that:- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private trea**ents. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Reception was really rude. 1st time i experience this kind of attitude and killed my mood at first place. They need to educate their staff.

A very nice Hot spring hotel 🏨, we had a great time and relaxing bath in the tub on the balcony! Next day we spent the whole day in the water park ( the entrance fee was included with a stay in the hotel) Unfortunately the exchange of tickets is a little too complicated!!!
