As expected nothing short of being “Marriott” as I commented to a fellow colleague that it seemed that all Marriott hotels are done up the same way.||I liked the fact that the breakfast is served on the top floor offering a great view of the city and yet it is spacious that one doesn’t smell like a fried egg eating there . ||The only feedback would be that the housekeeping can be a little more thorough as I was given a suite room but yet they didn’t clear all the bins with a leftover banana skin lying in the bin

The room was comfortable and nicely designed. Had great rest and the service was really great! Breakfast spread is great too.

Amazing hotel, very value for money. Hotel is very clean, nice, and modern. To add, a staff Josie Ji went the extra mile to help us with our breakfast add on as it was difficult for us as foreigners to pay for the offer using WeChat pay. Service from her was really top-notched! Most staff we met were also all very professional and polite! Great stay experience.

My overall impression of this hotel was great, just like how a typical Asian Marriott should be. The pre-stay and post-stay surveys were definitely a plus, and I appreciated the suites I was upgraded into as well. There were some minor cleanliness issues but it was promptly take care of and I appreciated the follow-ups from MOD Michelle (not only during that same stay, but during my next stay as well - nice touch). That said, breakfast food quality and service needed improvements pretty badly (team, bottom line is please don't have a full blown argument in front of your guests), and the lounge needed more staff to keep an eye on stock levels outside happy hour. Overall I'd call this hotel great by Marriott standards, and with some minor improvements this has potential to be THE Marriott property of Shenyang (not like there were many competitions to begin with).

万豪钛金会员，办理入住时，我礼貌的询问是否可以将我预订的豪华大床房升级到尊贵角房或者套房。前厅部员工表示，酒店入住客人很多，没有空余的角房和套房。我随即打开了万豪App，所有房型包括角房和套房都有空余。我立刻预定了一间行政套房。这时员工又表示，可以有套房入住了，并且否认之前她自己曾经说过的，没有尊贵角房和行政套房，她还反问我“你有录像录音录到我说吗？”。最后，我直接预订套房并办理了入住。我对这家酒店的前台服务表示非常失望，前台员工的欺诈行为，而且当事人没有任何道歉。

這次返家鄉想帶家人體驗一次staycation 選擇了這間性價比較高的酒店，酒店套餐包早餐及自助晚餐，旺場人流多，食品選擇多，質素ok,有機會再次入住。

I enjoyed my stay and room in the 31st floor. My room was reasonably large, nightly rate was very reasonable, bed sleep quality was excellent. I turned the room temperature down from 24C to 22C, which made for a much more comfortable sleep. During my stay, likely less than 5% of the hotel guests were white westerners. All staff members weee helpful and friendly.
