Only 15 minutes drive away from the airport, this hotel offers a great value/price relationship. Rooms are big, clean and very quiet; bed is confortable and large; there is a sofa with a coffee table. Ammenities are not much but enough.||Be aware that there is a shuttle bus to and from airport, but it is only free in certain hours. In certain hours, it is paid, 30 yuan.||Breakfast does not offer many choices but there is coffee, and the quality is acceptable.||I would stay there again.

这家酒店距离机场仅 15 分钟车程，物超所值。房间很大，很干净，也很安静；床很舒服而且很大；有一张沙发和一张咖啡桌。设施不多，但也足够了。||要注意的是，有往返机场的班车，但只在特定时间免费。部分时段是付费的，30元。||早餐选择不多，但有咖啡，质量还可以。||下次还会住。

I stayed at this hotel during a visit to the airport. The hotel is only good for those who have a tight budget and need a fast transit between flights. It is not friendly to business travelers. ||||The wifi was barely working. The speed to get to anything was extremely slow. The lobby was very dark at night time and the lights were not turned on when we checked out in the morning. There was no iron or board in the room. I had to go to a public laundry room near the front desk to iron my shirts. The breakfast was very weird. It had plenty of vegetables and carbs but not many protein choices. The coffee tasted bad and there was no cream.

离机场有点距离，三公里左右，有免费送机，但是接机要收费，费用还比较贵，相比出租车或者快车会便宜一点。房间可以，比较宽敞，但是空调制冷比较一般，开了最低，感觉不是很凉快。早餐和午餐以这个酒店的标准算可以了。

For a business trip in Zhengzhou Airport area, so I pick the Holiday Inn Express Airport. The price is reasonable, but there is nothing surround, just a rather dirty area with some local food. The room is tidy, there is free wifi and usual Holiday Inn Express, no refrigerator, all-in-one shower gel/shampoo. ||||I think good point is they have a shuttle bus for free between 9am-6pm, other than that you can still call their check-in counter and pay CNY15 for each person, rather than taking taxi, simply because no taxi driver will drive you on meter, they will charge at least CNY80-100 which is quite a lot on just 5 mins on the road. Therefore this should be the selling point from this hotel. ||||Breakfast is same as expected in the Express series. ||||Would still come again on next business trip if need work close to airport area.

由于出差在郑州机场地区，所以选择了机场智选假日酒店。价格合理，但周围什么也没有，只是一个相当脏的地方，有一些当地的食物。房间整洁，有免费wifi和普通的智选假日酒店，没有冰箱，一体式沐浴露/洗发水。 ||||我认为好的一点是他们在早上 9 点到下午 6 点之间有免费的班车，除此之外你仍然可以打电话给他们的值机柜台并支付每人 15 元人民币，而不是乘坐出租车，因为没有出租车司机会打表开车送你，至少要收费80-100元，这对于5分钟的路程来说是相当多的。因此这应该是这家酒店的卖点。 ||||早餐和快捷系列的预期一样。 ||||如果需要在机场附近工作，下次出差仍会再来。

The hotel is very well located near the airport, but staff were very formal, not smiling and the room was stinking cigarets.||I did not have a good night sleep because people were screaming outside the room.||I asked for a wake up call I did not got one. ||The transfer to the airport is limited, if you have a earlier flight you must pay for it!! Strange when you are staying in a airport hotel!!!

酒店位置很好，靠近机场，但工作人员非常正式，没有微笑，房间里有烟味。||我晚上没睡好，因为房间外面有人尖叫。||我要求叫醒。我没有接到电话。 ||前往机场的接送服务有限，如果您有较早的航班，则必须付费！当你住在机场酒店时很奇怪！

The room was smelly, the hotel staff at reception and restaurant spoke very poor English, after a long tired day when i check in at hotel at night, i expect to have a swift check in and find my bed, but it was tiring to talk to staff due to communication problem and confirm on my next day flight shuttle, thanks to a gentlemen who was another guest staying at hotel, who helped me at reception. The restaurant only had buffet option, no ala carte. At night i ran out of drinking water (2 bottles) in my room, and i asked for 2 more bottles, it's a general requirement and every hotel i have stayed so far has always provided it free of cost, but the hotel asked me to pay for it. They delivered 2 more bottles to my room with a charge of 5 CNY/bottle. I was in need, so i had to take it. Morning breakfast was basic but ok for a quick breakfast, the only good thing was the shuttle to airport. If not for airport location, the stay here was unpleasant otherwise. I hope IHG stands for it's brand and back them up to improve overall management and quality of service.

房间有异味，酒店前台和餐厅的工作人员英语说得很差，经过漫长的一天疲惫的晚上我入住酒店时，我希望能尽快入住并找到我的床，但说话很累由于沟通问题，我向工作人员确认了第二天的航班班车，感谢另一位入住酒店的客人在接待处为我提供帮助的先生。餐厅只有自助餐选项，没有点菜。晚上我房间里的饮用水用完了（2瓶），我要求再加2瓶，这是一般要求，到目前为止我住过的每家酒店都是免费提供的，但酒店要求我提供付钱。他们又送了2瓶到我的房间，收费5元/瓶。我有需要，所以我必须接受它。早上的早餐很基本，但对于快速早餐来说还可以，唯一的好处是有去机场的班车。如果不是因为机场的位置，在这里的住宿体验会很不愉快。我希望洲际酒店集团能够维护自己的品牌并支持他们提高整体管理和服务质量。

The hotel room is spacious, simple design, simple toilet design with shower, nice breakfast (both local and western). The shower is the type where you can hold the shower head.||||We had a twin bed room. Enough space for two luggages. It has a sofa too.

If you need to stay near Zhengzhou airport this would be a good choice IF they sort out the heating. The government controlled city heating in North China is turned off in early April and hotels do need a back up plan. The Zhengzhou Airport HIE didnt seem to have one. It really was very cold. Which detracted from a hotel that was otherwise ok with a big bedroom, comfortable bed and a resonable HIE style breakfast. Other problem was the sound insulation of the windows which was below modern standard. ||Also its in the middle of nowhere, with no amenities around apart from an adjacent restaurant and some banks
