I had the pleasure of interacting with Jasmine at the front desk, who patiently provided me with valuable information about the hotel. She was polite and even helped me retrieve some belongings I had left behind. Their professionalism and dedication are truly admirable.

酒店位于市中心，很不错特别醒目，出行方便。大堂人员都很好，尤其是王强，志远，延敏服务很用心，帮我安排房间。水果也送了，点赞。

Absolutely wonderful! Antoine, the Guest Service Mgr went out of his way to ensure that our stay was excellent. It was wonderful to be able to speak in English and get recommendations of what to see and where to go. The room and food were great!

Sofitel Zhengzhou is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. I will only stay here when in China. I would like to honor two employees with my highest praises. Yanik helped us so much with our many requests. He needs to be promoted to manager. Anthony greeted us to breakfast warmly every day. Everyone was extremely helpful and the hotel is fabulous. Thank you for the great stay.
