重庆北碚悦榕庄

We had the most wonderful time here. The facilities and service was exceptional. To our amazement the staff we able to accomodate our vegan dietary requirements and produce and incredibly indulgent hotpot experience for us. This has been difficult to find in chongqing. It really made it an experience we will never forget. The manager Tom was particularly helpful. We look forward to our next visit here. 🙏☺️

朋友帮忙订房来悦榕庄泡一下温泉，整体环境还是很不错的，我住的是最高楼层6楼的房间，管家小伊提前安排了房间也帮忙协调了早餐事宜，一直微信关心，服务很不错。温泉是亮点，24小时恒温。最近价格也很美丽，过来除除湿，避世休闲一下还是蛮不错的，推荐！希望设施设备可以更新一下！

十多年前就听说过悦榕庄，那时候看朋友说起就让人感觉到满满的高大上，现在自在也终于来体验了一次，虽然十多年的老酒店了，给人的感觉还是那么的高大上，山川美景尽收眼底，确实烂尾楼有些影响.员工感觉不多，但服务还是让我们感觉到宾至如归的感觉，餐食也不错.

I stayed at Banyan Tree Beibei Chongqing for a good 2 nights and the accommodation, services and massage were amazing.||The hotel butler, Leo Liu (刘俊灿) has provided an excellent service. His attitude was very professional and his services were extremely efficient. Even when I had an urgent request at 1am, he still managed to reply and provide services. He has been a star||Will definitely visit Banyan Tree Beibei again soon.

我在重庆北碚悦榕庄住了两晚，住宿、服务和按摩都很棒。||酒店管家刘俊灿提供了优质的服务。他的态度非常专业，服务也非常高效。即使我凌晨1点有紧急请求，他仍然设法回复并提供服务。他一直是明星||肯定很快会再次光临北碚悦榕庄。

夏季炎热，室内的泳池不晒不挤，避免了下饺子的危机，还有小点心、水等，房间也有恒温池子，可以随时泡，餐食这些还送上门，真是不错！！！

最近工作压力很大，想找一个安静的地方休息一下，听听音乐喝点小茶，在朋友的推荐下来到了重庆北碚悦榕庄，酒店景色优美，员工们时刻关注我的需求很不错。

The villa is spacious and clean. Most of the staffs couldn't speak English but they tried their best to communicate with us to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall service are great. The facilities especially hotspring were wonderful.

别墅宽敞干净。大多数员工不会说英语，但他们尽力与我们沟通，以确保我们住得愉快。整体服务都很棒。设施特别是温泉很棒。

最近工作繁忙疲惫不堪，趁休假来旅游，酒店大堂很宽阔，干净整洁，还有车接送回房间，管家小伊不错，及时反馈协调，室内的香薰和按摩闻着心情平静，且全身得到放松，很舒适。
