我們是早上到達莉莉酒店，酒店位置打車很好找。酒店前有一小梯級，但地點還是十分方便，有一出口就是彈子石路的商場，走路到商場不用2分鐘。每個房間都有管家服務。管家小姐姐十分熱情和效率很高。入住期間幫忙取外賣和免費安排洗衣服務。minibar飲品都免費。有膠囊咖啡。酒店每處都是打卡位置。唯一美中不足就是入住3天，每天早餐都感覺差不多，較少變化。但房間和床都很舒服，每天都能睡足10小時。十分推薦。這是一間有設計感的酒店。

設計師酒店，照片比實際漂亮，陽台沒有椅子讓我們坐著休息，只能站著看風景，陽台上的植栽盆栽是假的，飯店裡的地毯超級無敵髒，白色都變灰色的，好處是陽台外的江景與旁邊就有商場，前台服務很好，有天晚上想吃橘子，傳訊息給前台馬上就送來了，有免費機場接駁，飯店唯一通道要走樓梯，要自己扛行李走上樓，才能到飯店門口

环境很棒有回家的感觉，早餐直接送至客房，服务人员肖肖非常热情，始终保持笑脸，讓人有賓至如歸的感觉。下次还会再来。

很不錯的一家酒店 .景色也很好.早餐送到房間讚.可是酒店真的需要請一位小哥哥帮忙拿行李.看到小姐姐帮忙拿箱子我都不好意思了. 进出会有点麻烦需要联系前台起杆.

I am sorry, but my experience here was not like the reviews. Staying here, you are paying for the location and the room views. This is one of the few hotels that provides an unblocked view of the Yangtze river that is not blocked by windows or glass panels. It is also relatively quiet and private away from the crowd. There is also a nearby mall.I forewent staying at 5-star hotels with similar pricing such as Niccolo and Regent to stay at THELILY. However, I was left slightly disappointed.Firstly, the airport pick-up process was not smooth for me. It was my first time in Chongqing and I was not provided sufficient information about the pick-up. I had to ask many questions such as what was the car plate number and the location of the car amidst the busy airport. Breakfast starts from 7.30am, I had to leave early in my first morning and it was a pity that I had to skip and no alternative was offered.Next, the refrigerator in my room was not working. At first it was unplugged, and after plugging in there was a loud noise. It could not be fixed during my stay and I was offered ice cubes if needed. There were also a few scratches and dents on the walls.It is also inconvenient to call a cab as you need to request to raise the barrier when entering the small road. I walked to the nearby mall to call a cab instead. When speaking to the staff via WeChat, at times I feel like I was speaking to a chatbot, and got very generic responses. However, the staff in-person were kind and I could feel that they were trying their best. I appreciated that they allowed me to rest in the quiet lobby for a few hours to wait for my flight. There is also a complimentary laundry service offered.

很抱歉，我的入住体验和评论不符。入住这里，您得为地理位置和房间景观买单。这是为数不多的几家能够一览无余地欣赏长江美景的酒店之一，而且没有被窗户或玻璃板遮挡。酒店环境相对安静私密，远离人群。附近还有一个购物中心。我放弃了尼依格罗酒店和丽晶酒店等价格相近的五星级酒店，选择了THELILY酒店。然而，我还是有点失望。首先，机场接机流程对我来说不太顺畅。这是我第一次来重庆，酒店没有提供足够的接机信息。在机场人潮拥挤的情况下，我不得不询问很多问题，例如车牌号和车辆位置。早餐从早上7:30开始，我第一天早上要早点离开，很遗憾我不得不放弃，酒店也没有提供其他选择。其次，我房间里的冰箱坏了。一开始我拔掉了电源插头，插上电源后，发出很大的噪音。入住期间，问题没能得到解决，如果需要的话，他们给了我冰块。墙上也有一些划痕和凹痕。叫出租车也很不方便，因为进入小路时需要先要求升起护栏。我步行到附近的商场叫了辆出租车。通过微信与工作人员交谈时，有时我感觉自己是在与聊天机器人对话，得到的回复也非常笼统。不过，现场工作人员很友善，我能感受到他们竭尽全力。我很感激他们允许我在安静的大堂休息几个小时，等待我的航班。酒店还提供免费洗衣服务。
