重庆喜来登大酒店

Nice location, the room was good, the bed and pillow were comfy. But i was so dissapointed with the shower room. After each shower, the water was accumulated in the corner, not fully flown to drainage, and not long after would smell so so bad. The house keeping and her supervisor was aware of this problem, they told me to let them take care of the water accumulated after shower, but would it be so uncomfortable after evening or late night shower when you want to relax on the bed, while the housekeeping doing that job? I think a five star hotel should not give its customer room like this if the supervisor already know this issue. The should fix it before letting customer stay.

位置很好，房间很好，床和枕头很舒服。但我对淋浴间非常失望。每次淋浴后，水都积在角落里，没有完全流到排水沟，不久之后就会发出难闻的气味。 客房清洁人员和她的主管意识到了这个问题，他们告诉我让他们处理淋浴后积聚的水，但是晚上或深夜淋浴后当你想在床上放松时会很不舒服吗？家政人员做这项工作吗？ 我认为如果主管已经知道这个问题，五星级酒店就不应该给顾客这样的房间。在让顾客留下来之前应该解决它。

原預訂了3晚，但第一晚已發現不能住下去，即時退了餘下2晚在重慶放遊入住2間酒店其一為喜來登，選擇原因是外型突出，而且是萬豪集團下的五星級酒店.酒店位於南岸江邊，內部歐式主題眼看是不錯的.但酒店呈現老態，問題頗多：1. 房間沒法開空調，酒店認為天氣不太熱所以關了中央空調，但令到房間悶熱潮濕，很難受！後來送上風扇，難以想像在五星級酒店吹風扇！2.冰箱完全不凍，反而散發熱氣，員工來調節也沒用，應該是壞機3. 淋浴位置去水極差，洗完澡雙腳還是浸水的4. 淋浴位置窗帘頗通透，可直視對面大廈燈光，沒有安全感5. 馬桶位置有臭味，連去廁所也感受罪總括而言，令人很失望

The worst experience of my life .. extremely noisy, you cannot sleep later than 7:00 am because there will be noises of their workers and Chinese people talking loudly in the corridor, no one is available to communicate in English. The staff on the front desk, gives wrong information. The deposit that you pay at the time of check in, make a lot of deductions by miscommunication. My experience: I booked the package that included two breakfast. I asked their duty manager ( the only lady that front desk officer asked me to communicate since they assume, she can talk in English) . I asked her if I can have the breakfast in my room and will that be covered by the package I bought? And with full confidence, she said : yes , it’s ok . At the time of check out, they deducted a lot of money from my deposit and when I asked , they said the payment of breakfast had been deducted that was provided to your room. Although, I clearly mentioned that your duty manager told me that it will be included in my package, they totally denied by saying that do you have any proof ? Well, I am a regular traveler and that’s my concern that why don’t they record the calls ? I suggest all the foreigners to never ever stay in that hotel .

我一生中最糟糕的经历..非常吵闹，早上7:00之后你就不能睡觉，因为会有他们的工人和中国人在走廊里大声说话的噪音，没有人可以用英语交流。前台工作人员提供了错误的信息。办理入住时交的押金，由于沟通不畅，被扣了不少钱。我的体验：我订的是含两份早餐的套餐。我问了他们的值班经理（前台官员要求我沟通的唯一一位女士，因为他们认为她会说英语）。我问她我是否可以在房间里吃早餐，这是否包含在我购买的套餐中？她满怀信心地说：是的，没关系。退房时，他们从我的押金中扣除了很多钱，当我询问时，他们说已经扣除了提供给您房间的早餐费用。虽然我明确提到你们的值班经理告诉我，它会包含在我的包裹中，但他们断然否认，说你们有证据吗？好吧，我是一名经常旅行者，我担心他们为什么不记录电话？我建议所有外国人永远不要住那家酒店。

Wow this is the most opulent room I've ever stayed in. Definitely will stay here again! Beautiful view from my corner room. There is a fun market along the river right outside of the hotel. Great for walking along the river and many Chongqing hotpot spots. Very reasonably priced.

哇，这是我住过的最豪华的房间。肯定会再次住在这里！从我的角落房间可以看到美丽的景色。酒店外的河边设有一个有趣的市场。非常适合沿着河边散步和许多重庆火锅店。价格非常合理。

Sheraton Chongqing is a pretty old hotel comparing to many newly built five-star hotels. The interior is kind of worn-out, however, the location is very prime in the historic district with many traditional houses and apartments around it. It is only 5mins away from a major subway station. So if you want to see the locals and Chongqing traditions, this is a good pick. If you want to enjoy the amenities and river scenes, there are many more options! I was offered a suite with complementary upgrade. The lounge staffs were very friendly and offered me daily greetings, weather reminder and tips about the attractions during my five days of stay! They were very lovely! Cheers!

与许多新建的五星级酒店相比，重庆喜来登酒店是一家相当老的酒店。内部装修有点破旧，但是位置非常优越，位于历史街区，周围有许多传统的房屋和公寓。距主要地铁站仅 5 分钟路程。所以如果你想了解当地人和重庆传统，这里是一个不错的选择。如果您想享受便利设施和河景，还有更多选择！他们为我提供了一间免费升级的套房。休息室的工作人员非常友好，在我入住的五天里每天都会向我问候、天气提醒和景点提示！他们非常可爱！干杯!

I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with u**ost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience.Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow!I will definitely stay here again and again!

接待及客房服務很好，房間溫暖舒適，南濱路可以看望長江，附近商場也十分方便。但2F西餐自助餐菜色服務略一般。房間馬桶抽水後會有尖銳噪音要再重複抽水才會停止，略感麻煩。

I am a Bonvoy Platinum Member and had a very bad experience with one of the staff, Ashley at the Executive Lounge.|When i had asked for 2 sparkiling water at around 2130hrs, i was told to come back the next day as they do not have any more "quota for the day.|What kind of service is this???!!|This is a really disappointing experience!!
