酒店位置很好，挺方便的，房间总体来说我很满意的，客房孃孃很有礼貌，很客气，前台小妹的微笑也让人心情愉悦！

详细地址：重庆市南坪新街90号||交通攻略：距离工贸轻轨站步行仅10分钟便可抵达||亮点特色：这次怕是赶上了，遇到周末，且有大型展会，平时住的那些酒店几乎都满房了，或者就只剩两三千的房型；这家各种优惠省下来，仅花了100元住了一晚，感觉赚了；酒店的棉拖鞋品质，比好多五星级酒店的还高||⛱酒店环境：空调采暖效果越差，房间比较潮湿，所以感觉被子都凉凉的，不太暖和；隔音略差，阿姨们在走廊上的声音也是蛮大的||人均消费：100||服务水准：中规中矩，无功无过||小Tips：周边吃得多，重庆小面馆，火锅店都多；步行可达南坪万达广场，那边吃的逛的就更多了，巴适

Got stuck when check in, the staff had trouble finding our bookings. They don’t even check the passport before saying no bookings.At breakfast time, the guy said we only have 1 pax breakfast(our room has 4pax breakfast/day), when i asked him to check at reception his anger almost exploded and then he calls the staff at reception, the guy never apologize at allShould trained the hospitality better

入住时卡住了，工作人员找不到我们的预订单。他们甚至没检查护照就说没有预订。早餐时间，那个人说我们只有一人份早餐（我们房间每天有四人份早餐），我让他去前台确认一下，他差点儿气炸了，然后打电话给前台工作人员，那个人一点道歉都没有。应该好好培训一下接待员。

I do not think this is a Wyndham hotel, though it says so on Trip. When I arrived there, I saw no sign of Wyndham anywhere. Just an okayish Chinese hotel. The breakfast could be a lot better. Trip should take action against the false advertisement.

虽然Trip上说是温德姆酒店，但我感觉这不是。我到那里的时候，根本没看到温德姆的标志。只是一家还凑合的中式酒店。早餐还可以更好一些。Trip应该对虚假广告采取行动。

No electricity from 1PM-6PM on 22nd Aug. Definitely you can’t stay in the room as there’s no wifi AND aircon.. you can either choose to sit at the lobby for 5 hours without aircon or go somewhere else. BTW the temperature outside 36℃..

8月22日下午1点到6点停电。你肯定没法待在房间里，因为房间里既没有无线网络也没有空调。你要么在大厅里坐5个小时，要么去别的地方。顺便说一下，外面温度36℃。

Not too bad for a hotel with basic needs. Spacious rooms too!

对于一家满足基本需求的酒店来说，还不错。房间也很宽敞！
