This place is outrageous! I traveled here during the Qingming holiday weekend. There was one 10-12 year old girl at the reception who got panicked when saw me turning up at the reception. It was very cold, maybe 10-12 in the hotel. She didn’t have a clue what to do. Clearly this place didn’t expect any guests. Eventually she put me in a room which was still messy after the previous guest. For my complaint she put me an other one. At this point she was shaking with panic. I felt really sorry for her. Tried to be friendly but it was little help.In the morning I was supposed to be getting a breakfast as I booked it. There was absolutely nobody anywhere to see. Left with a huge disappointment and anger

这个地方简直太糟糕了！我是清明节长周末来的。前台有个十岁左右的小女孩，看到我出现就慌了神。当时酒店里很冷，大概只有十来个人。她完全不知道该怎么办。显然，这家酒店根本没料到会有客人。最后她给我安排了一间房间，房间还很乱，显然是上一位客人留下的。我投诉之后，她又给我换了一间。这时她吓得浑身发抖。我真替她感到难过。我试着友好地和她沟通，但没什么用。第二天早上，我预订了早餐，应该可以享用。结果却一个人影都没有。我带着巨大的失望和愤怒离开了。
